Well I love studying the language and writing system, but I can't read a Japanese newspaper yet. I'm real interested by their history and I try to follow some of the current politics in Eastern Asia. I'm actually interested in that entire region, but I'm most interested in Japan. Have you studied the language and kanji? Obviously you got the kanji for "divine wind" right. I think kanji is the hardest thing to learn in Japanese by far.

That's really interesting. It makes sense especially if you look from the Japanese perspective. They borrowed a lot from our culture since WW2. I've always been interested in Japan.

My mother-in-law lived in Fort Worth for a long time. Then she lived in Odesa. I didn't like Dallas but Forth Worth was nice. I don't think I could live in Florida. Or California either for that matter.

Well it was smaller back then. It has gotten very large now. So where do you live now? I don't think I can ever leave the mountains.

I went to UNC but that was ages ago. Way back in 87-88. I don't ski. I know most think all we do here in Colorado is ski. I went to UNC for a year then transfered to USC got my BA in Philosophy and Theatre.

And what I hear is all Coloradoans are moving to Texas. I love Colorado. I lived in Ohio for a while. But missed the mountains far too much. Had to come back. So what college did you attend?
