I've gotta spread the love, but remind me, cause I soooo owe you a rep for this!

Mate we have been spending 3 to 4 wks there for the last 6yrs in Jan/Feb, the only reason we go is because my closest friend a Greek who was a Cruise Ship Captain, my wife served with him and we used to spend the time on his ship, know he is a Port Captain in Miami and he lives in a very nice area called Kendal, where he lives there are mainly Hispanics and Island people plus European expats so I we are quite comfortable there, we also spend a lot of time in areas like hollywood beach that is populated by Canadian snow birds and a lot of people from the north east states of America, it is quite civilised, we also go to the Bahamas to visit friends, so if they do not let me go to the inauguration because of the cold we may visit them and take a trip to Cuba from there as we have done before.

No Doug we leave for Miami on the 15th, I have just got the all clear from the surgeon with regards to my leg, he does not mind me going to Florida because its warm, but he told me and my wife that with the problems I get in the uk because of the cold (my leg locks up and gives way without notice so I have to stay in)the other problem is that because my travel insurance regard it as an excisting condition they will not cover me!

I still have not given up on DC, I dont know to much about the trip as it was arrange for us by the local uk Labour party in conjuction with some Dems who we are meeting on Friday so the decision will be made then.

A window should pop up.
If you've been repped for it, it'll tell you the comment and *should* tell you how many overall points you have, if you *haven't* been repped, it should tell you, you haven't been repped, but that you have "x number of points". try that.
