I bought season three the other week, haven't watched it yet. I haven't watched past season two because they took it off air, the Christian folk (*)(*)(*)(*)(*)ed about it. Go figure.

My day went well, it wasn't very busy which was a relief.

Yes, my stepson was 7 when his mother and I got married. I am 16 years older than him! My wife is 5 years older than me.

You have a great attitude Del. I can only hope if I ever have to face something like that in my life, I will be able to be half as strong and positive as are you. I have a friend who through a motorcycle accident and a spinal cord injury permanently lost the use of both legs and partly of arm. He reminds me so much of you. He tells me of the things hes has been able to experience, learn and benefit from being home more with his family and what is has meant to how close they have become. I also know he has times when he gets down. So like for my friend, when you need a shoulder to cry on, I am here! :sun:

I'm glad you she took you out to the club, and very happy to hear you had a nice time!!! Our time with the Grandkids was great! We have two, 7 and 12 from my step-son who is now 40 and his wife, and one on the way our middle son and his wife, due any day now!!!

Katie told me they were going to take your other leg in two weeks. How are you dealing with that?

Well I am sorry to hear they are taking the other leg as well .....but for some reason I have a feeling you will figure out how to make it all work and better than before.

I think they should make sure to rig a coffee cup holder as well as a good pouch to hold your ding dongs to the wheelchair....if this can be done, well we just might be finding our silver lining. I also reccommend adding a "cane rack" so your trusty weapon remains within reach...no need to give up a good weapon!
