I have to say I know almost nothing of the politics in Africa beyond the obvious stuff and history of imperialism but do you know whether there are any rising socialist leades there? It strikes me that with the decline of socialism in Europe and the rise of it again in Latin America, various African countries may be well placed to embrace socialism.

It'll be a sad day when he's not fighting for socialism any more, as much as I admire GG Tony Benn is one of a kind.
