no i am not a lawyer but my wife is one. She knows the abortion case struggle. She has looked at cases. she has said that the US law can not be changed years
. She has argued with the US supreme court and won and lost. She just sees that there is not a way in here. i am not sure what your laws are in Australia. I did not wish to dash ones dreams but I want to point the pro life side at least in the right direction. I am female as well and pro choice. i just enjoy a good court fight. I think done well it could be won.

here is the point. To open the door on abortion you need to find a case that does not involve a doctor. Then you walk around the privacy issue. The case of petersen in the murder of his wife where the fetus died is such a case. He was guilty of double murder. You approach the bench with this question. Why is the termination of this fetus different than abortion. Is this not a case of murder and an illegal abortion. Then the court has to look at abortion and life and death and thats where you need to take them to state your real case.

I like the way you state your case. It would not hold up in court. There is a way but the cost will never get it done. It would cost into the millions to fight it. Every year it costs more and more to change privacy abortion law.
