They profess that the US is the land of the free...and yet they NEVER tolerate anything criticial of the US...but welcome thousands of posts from inbred hillbilly weirdos. It is a joke. I am simply refusing the bans because I always oppose cowardice and terrorism.

Janis was a couple of years older than me. But I hung out at Threadgills in Austin, Texas where she was going to college before she got famous after moving to SF! She would sing rockabilly and the Blues at Threadgill's. There is a museum for her in Port Arthur, Texas now. I always stop in when I go home. Her psychadelic Porshe is there. She was truly amazing. The first American female Rocker performer.
