You have to remember the people you are arguing with are heartless bastards. I would trade them straight up for a Mexican in this country any day. The Mexican at least works hard and is loyal compared to the modern internet Con who brags about how hard they work and will turn on anybody in a heartbeat if they find they don't share every loony scatterbrained belief they have.

Sadly for your point, they WERE "allowed" to be here, they were very likely "allowed" to work for cheap wages to make some Business owner richer, they may well have been "allowed" to pay income taxes out of their check, and they certainly paid sales taxes, property taxes, etc.

And if their employer didn't break a dozen MORE laws than the immigration laws the EMPLOYER broke, and pay them entirely under the table, they paid FICA taxes for Social Security, Social Security disability, Medicare and Medicaid, none of which they were EVER going to collect.

We make PLENTY of profits on illegals like this, public and private.

Why don't you call for jailing our corporate leaders with similar enthusiasm, few of whom are innocent, rather than a hospitalized child who has lost her family?

I think every anti-illegal supports throwing employers in prison for hiring illegals. It doesn't happen because the govt officials are all paid corporate bribes to let the criminal employers alone.
