Funny, last winter when we pointed out this event in illinois:

It was explained that its climate change.

See how the argument works for that agenda no matter what? Kinda makes you think.

    Yes.

Can you point out where any scientist, or even journalist, other than in anti-AGW rags has claimed that climate change means that every day will be warmer than the previous one and that we will no longer have ANY winter whatsoever?

Your photo shows lots of snow in mid to high lattitudes. That is to be expected

Early Warning Signs of Global Warming: Downpours, Heavy Snowfalls, and Flooding
An increase in global temperatures will lead to an intensification of the hydrological cycle. This is because an increase in surface air temperature causes an increase in evaporation and generally higher levels of water vapor in the atmosphere. In addition, a warmer atmosphere is capable of holding more water vapor. The excess water vapor will in turn lead to more frequent heavy precipitation when atmospheric instability is sufficient to trigger precipitation events.

The largest changes in precipitation are expected at mid- to- high latitudes (Kattenberg et al., 1996). Climate models predict an increase in average precipitation in winter at high latitudes due to poleward transport of evaporated moisture from lower latitudes.

    http://www.ucsusa.org/global_warmin.../impacts/early-warning-signs-of-global-3.html

You photo seems to show a classic example of what was predicted by a paper published in 1996.

Way too many pages to read tonight..let me just put my 2C's in here....Global Warming is a hoax....

The Earth heats and cools all the time people....you want to know what's up with the weird weather? Check the sky sometime....those are not 'contrails' of the old days....they are chemtrails, they are real, and they are harming and messing with more than just the weather..

and I bet the ran away fast from their prior comments after that happened

Here are the Dems who want (and currently are) spending BILLIONS to combat global warming a few years ago whining about the lack of snow in DC

They bellowed how this was due to global warming

After the double hit of several feet of snow last year, Dems did not remember their comments and dismissed anyone who reminded them of their comments

Are we talking science or politics here?

Seems many have a difficulty differentiating the two

But hopefully we have gotten past the "Pollyanna's Parrot Posts"

Are you completely incapable of reading anything? Look up 2 posts:

...oh wait - you are the bloke that keeps posting the faked article about "no warming" - after being shown 3 times why it is bogus. http://www.politicalforum.com/1060854067-post221.html
You really need to work on your comprehension skills dude.

I wish that GW would get here soon

I am sick of the cold. The weather here is not all that tropical :)

Through 9am: Cloudy with temperatures reaching the low 30s. Winds light and variable.

I awlays wonder why if GW was going to turn the entire planet into the tropics - what is so bad about that?

I never see anyone going to the North Pole for a vacation

It is usually the Caribbean or some other warm spot

That issue has been settled over and over again. The globe IS warming. The only issues open to discussion is causation and whether or not you are feeling lucky.

    Ooooh! Now we are into

"It is not going to be that bad" Furphy

Ever wonder what will happen to the agricultural sector when you have more severe weather? That means longer droughts and larger rainfalls?

Texas at the moment is feeling the effects

We have had so much rain here that Lake Eyre has water in it for the fourth year in a row - and that is bloody near unprecedented

When you are talking about countries where 1/5 of the total land is under water then you have to question what is happening

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2010_Pakistan_floods

and don't even begin to go there with the change in insect behaviour

Like the author of that bogus tabloid article that you have repeatedly posted?

    http://www.politicalforum.com/1060854067-post221.html

We are still waiting for you to apologise to the forum for deliberately spreading lies like this.

Why won't you admit that you posted lies to try to promote your argument?

No kidding. And we've had more rain this winter then snow (not that i'm complaining...i don't have to shovel rain). My theory is that we had 2 winters worth of snow last year and that is why we don't have as much this year.

Yeah a little thousands of a miniscule degree. Betcha those poor folk in Eurpose with 20 - 30 feet of snow, freezing wish they has some Global Warming. People prosper in warmth and don't in cold.

"In northern Europe and in central Europe in winter, where time mean precipitation is simulated to increase, high extremes of precipitation are very likely to increase in magnitude and frequency."

In other words: Europe should expect more years with a lot of snow.
