Thanks for making my point. LOL see thats the point. You can't prove its a genetic trait so you can't treat it as such. Its not my job to prove your theory I didn't. As I proved already heterosexuality is a proven genetic trait. Which has zero bearing on how the body reacts to sexual stimuli. You can scream and cry all you like but the body's reaction is the key point not decisions humans make on their own. Which yet again is a choice people make. You aren't helping yourself here. LOL You block copy every point I made instead of addressing each one, ignore the evidence I presented and I'm the child? When you are ready to wake up to reality let us know. Until then I can and will easily destroy every snake-charmer theory of yours trying so desperately to magically turn into fact in a desperate attempt to prove homosexuality is not what it actually is.
The law of the state allows judges to preside over weddings as they wish. They are not forced by law to do that. What is it that you don't understand about this. Is it really that difficult for you?
She may or may not preform weddings as she wishes. That is up to her. She broke no law and is in no way obligated to preside over any wedding.
Reading your posts on many threads you have a serious issue about what goes on in others beds. Perhaps if you had a little activity in yours you might see life through less voyeuristic eyes.
Let's see the findings that heterosexuality is a proven genetic trait and what testing they did to prove this sexuality. According to you since being gay is a choice we are all bisexual and you are as well. When did you make the choice. I don't post as i would write a dissertation. Debating you is certainly lowering my IQ. Just reading your posts does that. After reading your posts I know what it must be like to wallow in the shallow end of the genetic pool and am happy that someone was able to teach you to distinguish letters so you can type. Have you learned your primary colors yet?
Should a catholic or catholic institution be allowed to not recognize divorces and re-marriages? Should a catholic institution that decides to run a 911 facility, a fire department or other public service that requires 24/7 operation be allowed to close on sunday? Certainly we do have a right to freedom of religion in this country. But I don't see how that right applies to churches that are operating in non-church related capacities. As the saying goes, an Amish person can be hired as a bus driver if he wants, but he can't claim his Amish religion as a reason he can't drive a bus after being hired as a bus driver. If a church decides to venture into non-church related activities, that doesn't grant them automatic exception to any rule that anyone else would not have to abide by.
