    Show me where the constitution says ANYTHING about education. It's not there and that's why there is nothing to amend. The SC just took their bribes and invented the "right of illegals to free education". And yes congress can repeal plyler v doe since they can impeach judges and that's what they need to do with any judge who supports plyler.

    Maybe in this case, but 99% of the time illegals have no proof when they came here. They just make it up and you liberals blindly accept whatever they say.

    And that needs to end. No adult should be allowed into america just because his kid is a citizen. Doing so shows how little these liberal value citizenship.

    It's not something that ought to be granted automatically, and it isn't. However, such a citizen should have a separate and somewhat easier process for applying for the citizenship of family, which they do.

    BS - it shouldn't matter one bit if their kid is an american citizen. Immigration should be built around what's best for america, not what's best for the applicant. If the applicant does not have useful skills, then tell them to stay out.

    Foreign nationals have served in our military for years , I have served with Colombians , Koreans and Aussies , some get citizenship while in service and that is a good thing , as for the girl she is smart lets get her a visa for school and see what happens from there, as someone said our immigration policy is screwed up and we can not afford to arrest and send back all of them . The employers are to blame along with Washington both sides , they all lie and tell you they will fix it but it is never going to happen

    Like I said, the process for applying for citizenship for family once an individual is a citizen is a little easier, but not guaranteed.

    If you remember then, you should know about the Philipeans (sp?)... They are "not" US citizens and can serve in our Armed Forces, so I don't know the stipulation dealing with that...

    They sure did leave it open that is why I asked the question... So, do you think if he is "not" a US Citizen - should he be after serving?

    Deport them all. Fine employers who hire illegals $10,000 for each illegal.

    I won't mind paying $3 for a pound of apples if it means getting rid of all these stinking, Mexican free-loaders.

    Bush was soft on illegals but obozo is even softer. Last summer he announced his no-deportation policy!!! He told 30 million illegals they can openly live here in brazen violation of laws passed by congress.

    Obozo's claim that he is deporting record numbers of illegals is just a bald-faced lie. The press should call him on it but they are racist and won't criticise a black prez.

    It won't even mean $3 for a pound of apples. Just a slight increase as the cost of harvesting fruit is a tiny fraction of the final supermarket price.

    I know. The point is I don't really care what it costs. If we have to hire Americans at $10 or $15 an hour to pick apples, at least they will be able to feed their own families and pay their bills, and not be dipping into my pocket for food stamps and all the other freebies the illegal aliens are getting.

    How has more law enforcement on the border?

    WTF - the numbers are supplied by obama!!! Just last august he announced his no-deportation policy so how can he be deporting record numbers?. He's lying and our racist media won't challenge him since he's black.
