So- Hague and his henchmen have been providing support to illegal killings by the CIA - and others - of civilians in Pakistan which is a non-combatant country. This will be interesting to follow. They'll be squealing ' national security ' and ' secrecy ' in no time flat, I'll hazard to guess.

It should be persecuted, but it cannot happen because we do not have any independent courts.

They would be more credible if they were to try the same actions in the US but they won't because they know they will be laughed out of the country.

When Obama does leave office he won't escape the controversy over his unrestricted drone war against Muslim civilians and American civilians. He will always be under threat of arrest and prosecution. Even Bush had the sense not to wage unrestricted drone war against civilians. And the American leftist anti-war movement remains silent because the Monkey King is one of their own.

Drone Man will have a tough time travelling to Universal Jurisdiction countries, yes. Even before he leaves office.

As a matter of interest, can you cite any case of a democratically elected leader of any country having been charged with war crimes?

Are you one of those Moon still hopelessly pining for President Bush and Vice President Cheney to be prosecuted for alleged war crimes.

Perhaps President Romney will turn over Obama to the world court?

Yes, you have to lose a war first.
Hitler would have been tried and Bush and Obama would be in jail if they did not have the power backing them.

Obama never turned Bush and Cheney over. I think that they are all part of the same family. Romney would not want to see his brother hurt.

Obama is actually related to the Bush family. Romney isn't though.

Unfortunately, due process never keeps pace with the accusations. It's pretty plain to most people why that should be.

I oppose capital punishment generally, but not in the specific cases of George Walker Bush and Baraka Hussein Obama. I only wish I could pull the lever to let the trap door of the gallows fall beneath their feet, and to hear their necks break. To the Hague they go.

Sooner or later, Hague and his associates will be brought to book.
