    So when a person kills a bunch of Afghani people, the organization he belongs to whose job it is to kill Afghani people(among other responsibilities) should accept none of the blame?? :confuse: How does that work!! The vile and sickening ass licking of the military is stupid. It forces us to pretend that a normal bunch of guys, who are naturally drawn to power and violence, are somehow better than the rest of society!! It is idiotic nonsense!! You can have all the soldiers you want, I will take scientists. Soldiers are an unfortunate necessity, not the cream of our society!! They do a difficult job very well, but the jobs they often do are NOT commendable, and are often downright immoral!! I have no interest in deifying such people!!

    If he was invested... or meant it, he would explain it, I think. Which leads kinda to surmise he's making this stuff up. A relief I guess in some way, but in another way, so very bizarre.
