After reading Monkton's bio, he doesn't appear to have any expertise in the issue, so is no more credible than you or I, other than he inherited the title of "Lord", which here in the U.S. we fought a Revolution to ensure that we had no Lords claiming any rights over all of us.

However, Monkton does appear to really, really like to get his name in the papers.

I am going to sit back and see if this brings anything about. Was Obama born here or in Kenya.? I have no idea anymore. I do see a lot of smoke and mirrors and behind the smoke if you move the mirrors around, you will have to see some fire. I personally believe nothing will come of this until he is no longer president and then we will know the truth. I truly hope he was born here, otherwise a precedent has been set and I have no idea what that will bring.
