    They are all at fault.

    1) Martin= should have ran back to the store or to someone's door.
    2) the cops= should never allow a mentally ill person with a criminal history a permit to carry a gun. And should have used evidence of the shooting to make an arrest.
    3) Zimmerhimer= for being a ill man with a gun and a cop complex running around the neighborhood like he is an authority with the license to kill and hunt humans. We all seen this kind of nut case who thinks he is an authority and likes to get into everyones bidness, and acts like he is a cop. But they all ways have a history of failure, low intelligence, poor decision making, and have also failed at being mall security and can't pass the exam to be a real cop. Plus they often have a criminal hstory of violence that disqualifies them from ever being in real law enforcement.

When these 3 elements happen at the same time, you have a tragedy.

I think there is a law suit in the making.

Oh, hell, it's my fault. I don't know how but with global warming, poverty, discrimination, and voter fraud being my fault I'm sure this tragedy is my fault, too. I understand Mars is getting warmer and that's my fault, too. The only thing I'm not to blame for, I think, would be President Obama being President.

Martin should have stayed home that night and he should not have punched Zimmerman just because he followed him, which provoked Zimmerman to use deadly force. Zimmerman should not have followed Martin in the first place as 911 dispatchers kindly advised him and he was unprofessional as a neighbor watch captain and the tragedy could have been prevented if he had kept his temper under control.

A: Why should Martin have had to stay home? Are people not allowed to walk to the store?

B: The details of the confrontation are still in question, hence the investigation and the forthcoming trial...

Why hasn't anyone suggested that Jeb Bush is at fault for having introduced the "Stand your ground' law.

An encouragement to commit murder, if ever there was one!

Because, without a doubt, it wasn't his intention, when he signed that into law, for folks to go cowboy...

It'd be completely ridiculous to try and blame Jeb Bush in any way...

Pitiful analysis. Liberals want a law mandating victims behave properly.

I thought Republicans were claiming that Zimmerman is the victim.

Exactly....how you can even ask the question before all the details are out baffles me. Of coarse unless the intent is to confict the dude in the court of public opinion first off.

    At fault for what specifically?

No one is "at fault" for everything in this but almost everyone is at fault for something.

WHAT? What about Trayvon's parents? They have NO BLAME?

The kid got expelled from HIGH SCHOOL and the mother shipped Mister Controllable to his dad - where the kid was ALLOWED to go out and get Skittles?

If that was MY SON - he would be wanting ice on his south end :tombstone: instead of Skittles - heck my boy knows he is in HUGE TROUBLE if he comes how with less than a "B" on his report card ... and he has been "A"/"B" honor roll - last year he got one "C" one quarter but the year end grade was still a "B" ... and he did not like the result of that one "C" - I guess my wife and I are just better parents :juggle:

Let's hope you are better parents than the Zimmermans.. This following stuff has been going on a long time.. Maybe that's why they took GZ name off the deed to their house at Lake Mary in 2004.

    He was suspended...

    Bit of a difference...

    But, that's beside the point...

How do you know his parents are bad parents?

Because his dad let him go get some candy?

But, how about we let the trial play out before judging who's at fault???

DURN! in my subdivision - they watch people like a hawk - and Zimmerman was on the NEIGHBORHOOD WATCH COMMITTEE ... He was doing what he was supposed to do.

Still - suspended or expelled - irrelevant ... he broke rules that got him put out of school to whatever degree - bottom line they had him taken out - be it a short time or permanent.

BOTTOM LINE: Good parenting does not allow rewards during any punishment

if he was such a pleasure to be with why did the mother send him to the father?

My boy knows not to look for privileges when he messes up and as an end result - he is MUCH nicer than I am - that's a fact!

I can agree with you in the concept that my son is on absolute lockdown when he's in trouble...

But, that doesn't mean that the parents were failures or that Martin deserved to be shot...

Where I live, people mind their own business - and no one is shot dead.

Why do I find this assertion not difficult to believe? :D

but his parents didn't care that the kid was out during a time when most kids would be punished - had he been like you called it on absolute lockdown the kid would be alive!

I am a good example of why anyone would not want to start beating on me - I look strong enough that people would not easily tell that I have diabetes, and now a fairly significant problem with high blood pressure and the doctors want me to see a cardiac specialist - bet on it ... any kid sitting on top of me wailing on my hide WILL GET KILLED BY ME! ... and I too can (and do) LEGALLY OWN firearms.

FACT IS: no matter how offensive anyone is - (my hunch is Zimmerman probably said the wrong thing) there is no reason some kid built like a football player should beat down a fat guy - and had the parents held to a stronger discipline like you would have done - the kid would STILL be alive today!

I figured out that most kids do the opposite of what the parents do - so I chose to be a totally fulfilled south need of a north bound donkey!

... and I am SOOOO PROUD of my boy! He is in advanced math and science and breezing through it! ... There MUST BE A GOD - even people like me can get GREAT KIDS!

Zimmerman is not fat, but, again, that's beside the point...

There's probably fault that can be found with both parties, honestly...

However, the trial should bring out the facts of the matter, because, truthfully, none of us have those...
