    Well, well...can you say "mistrial"?

A Florida judge in the George Zimmerman case said in a surprise hearing on Friday that her husband has ties to a CNN legal analyst and commentator.

The Orlando Sentinel reports that Judge Jessica Recksiedler disclosed that her husband works for the law firm of Mark NeJame, a prominent Orlando attorney, in the five-minute hearing Friday afternoon. NeJame has been hired to sound off on the Zimmerman case for CNN. It's unclear if either attorney will ask Recksiedler to step aside because of the connection.

NeJame said on CNN Friday that Recksiedler wants to avoid "the appearance of impropriety" with this disclosure. NeJame said he referred Zimmerman to his current lawyer.

Hmmmm...CNN's paid "legal expert" not only EMPLOYS the judge's HUSBAND, but also REFFERED ZIMMERMAN TO HIS CURRENT LAWYER....

That's more than a little odd...

What's the rule on degrees of separation? Everyone is only six steps away from knowing everyone on Earth. In this instance it was only one degree of separation.

There is no way Zimmerman can ever get a fair trial. The left leaning main stream media has whipped the public into a frenzy. Blacks and liberals want their pound of flesh and that pound of flesh will be taken from George Zimmerman. He is a modern day Goat for Azazel, carrying the imagined sins of the people. Instead of being driven out into the desert he will be sent to jail.

Isn't this the most obvious statement that CNN is a useless propaganda organization as opposed to real media? A judge recuses herself because she has family ties to CNN. A compliment to the integrity of the judge and perhaps the most condemning statement as to the value of CNN in the USA.

Sounds like the Judge overseeing the case is trying to get out of it.

    Try out what?

It was originally set out by Frigyes Karinthy and popularized by a play written by John Guare.

Theories on optimal design of cities, city traffic flows, neighborhoods and demographics were in vogue after World War I. These[citation needed] conjectures were expanded in 1929 by Hungarian author Frigyes Karinthy, who published a volume of short stories titled Everything is Different. One of these pieces was titled "Chains," or "Chain-Links." The story investigated in abstract, conceptual, and fictional terms many of the problems that would captivate future generations of mathematicians, sociologists, and physicists within the field of network theory.[1][2] Due to technological advances in communications and travel, friendship networks could grow larger and span greater distances. In particular, Karinthy believed that the modern world was 'shrinking' due to this ever-increasing connectedness of human beings. He posited that despite great physical distances between the globe's individuals, the growing density of human networks made the actual social distance far smaller.

As a result of this hypothesis, Karinthy's characters believed that any two individuals could be connected through at most five acquaintances. In his story, the characters create a game out of this notion.

This is what is ,mathematically speaking, "COMPLETE HORSECRAP"...as I said , NOWHERE NEAR an actual mathematical fact.

Problem keeping your REAL WORLD and the Stage seperated...?

Perhaps the concept of judge integrity is premature. Maybe one day.

They should probably fire Zimmerman's defense and have him defend himself just to be safe.

I find the fact that CNN's paid shill referred Zimmerman to his current attorney AT LEAST AS DISTURBING...especially considering the "fairness and integrity" with which Zimmerman has been treated by the media so far....

Yeah, no problem with the judge's husband working for CNN's paid shill, who ALSO sent Zimmerman his defense lawyer...

And so...? The fact that the media was deliberately trying to create more than one false impressions, (the bogus 911 call, the graphic covernig his injuries in the first video, the attempts to tell us all that he said a racial slur , etc.) is not exactly in dispute.

The fact that you, apparently, have no problem with the OBVIOUS conflicts of interest here, surprises no one...

Not sure why you are dragging fox news into this.

But -- if you had thought about your OP before posting it -- you would have realized that you are arguing to remove a judge connected to a defense team that is working for Zimmerman.

I guess as soon as some people here the words CNN the brain turns off and the mouth starts foaming.

WTF is the big deal? It certainly sounds like she offered this information. If she was interested in doing something nefarious, don't you think she'd be mum about it?
