When regulations were passed, they were so watered down they became completely ineffective as evidenced by the crash. So you can call it Demonomics.
Its a catch 22 situation in many places at the moment. You have got the right qualifications ,but not the experience that the employer is looking for. At the other end of the scale with minimum wage jobs, they say you are to overqualified for the job, leaving many in limbo.
