There are many different views and opinions of Che Guevara. Many of the negative views held of him are founded on the premise that he murdered a lot of innocent civilians. Many figures suggest into the tens of thousands, others suggest a dismal 150 victims. What is the truth? Why is there such an incredible discrepancy? Can somebody find me primary sources and actual proof to these atrocities? Can somebody please help me find credible sources? I seek the truth, nothing more.
Why do you need proof? Just do what every other neo-con on the board does and fabricate facts to suit your position.
I am not entirely sure. I remember from a documentary on him that as a commander in the July 26 Movement and when he handled war criminals under Castro, Che Guevara executed quite a few people, but I do not know the exact amount.
Is The Pope Catholic? Does a bear crap in the woods? Just as crazy would be "how many democrats does it take to screw in a light bulb? The answer is all of them because first they have to debate on the wattage, then the packaging of the product, then the delivery of the product to the store and the safety of the store where the consumer might be injured if it isn't on an eye-level shelf!"
Someone who murders multiple innocent civilians. Many of the victims of the firing squads at la cabana were war criminals left over from the old regime. While the fact remains that none of them received a trial, revolutionary governments rarely give their predecessors the opportunity for such things.
I've read this before, and thank you for your help. I was actually looking for something not written by Humberto Fontova, perhaps a historian or someone more renowned in the scholarly community. There are so many dissenting opinions on the subject and i'm just looking for the truth.
