He knew when he turned in the old one that he had applied for a new one.

He's a lying sack of crap.

He had the old one and new one at the same time. However, he only turned in the old one at first. We only know about the second passport because he and his (*)(*)(*)(*)(*) lying wife talked about it on the phone and how it was safe in a safety deposit box.

No. The "new" one was acquired in 2004.

Did you seriously see how unaffected the Judge was about the passport, lol, he like dismissed it in 3 seconds, that was great. I hope there is a hearing Monday and Z gets out. Seriously after that, someone needs to put BDLR on suicide watch. I cant wait.

It takes time to make arrangements to start a new life in Peru if it requires that you sneak out of the country.

Aww, so he was planning on killing Trayvon back in 04? That does answer why Sybrina keeps feeding the world those inaccurate pics of her boy before he grew into a thug.

This is coming from someone who claimed Z would have taken the same action against T regardless of skin color. In order for that to be true, we must believe in over a 2 year period Z never once saw a white guy he didn't know walking at 7pm with a hood on while it was raining.

Forgive me for finding your skills of supporting a claim to be lacking

It's even more pathetic you try to hide behind it by whining about claim/opinion when the bottom line is you can't support either one so even your hairsplitting is pathetic.

Then there is no way you can call it a mistake on his part. He knew he was wrong.

Yes or No - Did Casey Anthony testify in her behalf at her trial?

Yes or No - Does George Zimmerman have to testify in his behalf at his trial?

Yes or No - Is it possible for a defense attorney to mount an effective defense of his/her client without having them testify?

Yes or No - Did we not just see an example of the above in the Casey Anthony case?

Yes or No - Is SkyStryker growing tired of constantly being proven incorrect?

No I think he had one that was due to expire in May. That was the one he "lost." He then got a new one two weeks after he executed Martin. It is not clear to me if he applied for it then or if it simply arrived then. If it arrived then then that means he applied for it sometime before he killed Martin. I'm not sure how long it takes for a rush order with passports. I believe you have to show an airplane ticket or something to get one in a week. Really the prosecutor should find out. It makes a difference if he blows the kid away and then puts in a rush order for a passport.

I have no doubt if Z was out on bail and learned he had basically no chance to win at trial, he would try to leave. His entire life revolved around running from his own mistakes.

Then why are you worried about a passport?

The really funny part is O'Mara was trying to help his client and based on what his client told him O'Mara waived his clients right to a speedy trial.

Now Zimmy gets to go sit in the clink for the next year or two waiting on his trial.

Moral lesson kids: Always listen to your attorney.

    #1 No.

#2 Casey didn't claim Self-Defense. Zimmerman has. Who is going to testify for him if he does not?

#3 Depends on the facts of the case. In this case, the only one who can testify for Zimmy is Zimmy but his credibility has been shot. His problem now is he can only testify to self-defense if he takes the stand but if he takes the stand the prosecution will show him a liar.

If Zimmerman didn't do it. Then another African American male would eventually do it. That is what I imagine happens every day to teenagers who steal womens jewelry, sell drugs, and attack bus drivers.

The issue is not the passport. This issue is he lied to the court.

No he did not get a new one after the bail hearing. Passports generally last for ten years. Back in 2004 he said he lost his passport and applied for a new one. Either he lied or he found the old one before the bail hearing.

I doubt that seriously. You act as if you are one of Z's close relatives and know him well enough to know his personal life. I don't see someone who volunteer's to take out the nearly full time job of neighborhood watch as someone who runs from everything. It is, for the most part, human nature for people to run from their mistakes. The real measure of someone is weather they can recover and learn from them. Which of course, has nothing to do with the case. I have made mistakes in my life, but it does not mean I am a murderer.

It's awesome the way you dance on T's grave like this because it shows the hypocrisy of all Z supporters.

He actually didn't say a word about it. BDLR is so screwed, the wife even said, hey, I can have my bro in law call and explain this to you better, but he didn't bother. I cant wait for O'Mara to throw that in his face, is going to be great.

Is it possible he found an old passport later. Was there a warrant to search his house, and the police found another passport, or did he surrender it willingly? Why would he do this if he intended to never acknolege its existence?

    Nobody.

Zimmerman doesn't have to prove self-defense, the state has to prove that Zimmerman murdered Trayvon. O'Mara can introduce enough doubt during the prosecutorial phase of the trial that having Zimmerman take the stand would be unnecessary.

It's a risky strategy not to have Zimmerman testify, because the jury really wants to hear Zimmerman testify as to his version of the events of that evening, but that's why defense attorneys make the big bucks!

Zimmerman is only tough when he can shoot an unarmed teenager. When faced with real police and FBI he is a biatch.

Did you shoot an unarmed law abiding black kid in the chest?
