Kucinich. The only real Dem candidate in 2008.

Isn't Hilary's views almost the same as Obama's. Aren't both their views the same as the Party's?

I believe that as senators they both toed the party line

But, would Hillary have squandered away 2 years of complete liberal utopia and allow Nancy to lead the way or would she have taken charge?

I believe that if liberals look back at the 2 year utopia, they will see where Obama was weak and perhaps Hill would have led those liberals to the promise land

My take. There are rational and irrational Democrats and Republicans. Obama is clearly an irrational and incompetent Democrat. As an Independent, I would have voted for Hilary Clinton over John McCain in 2008. The Democratic party chose to select a completely inept nitwit to run. I will never again consider the Democratic party seriously again.

Ignore this box..I quoted the wrong line...so sorry

This is an invalid argument. While the dems did control, they did NOT have the 60 votes needed to push anything through. So saying that he should have been able to do anything is an unfair assumption.

I think Hillary would have been blocked even more than Obama has been, as she has always been a very abrasive type of person. I see the congress pushing back even harder against her than they have against Obama.

I would support Hillary Clinton from the beginning of the 2008 election season, as would my coworkers at my local Democratic Committee. The Clintons are better policy-makers, adhering to third way politics rather than polarizing liberalism. Hillary would get more bills into law than the President is able to.

Does anyone think Mrs. Clinton will actually run in 2016?

that makes for an interesting question. Do the liberals have a rising star who they think could knock off Romney and a decent economy? Or, do they toss hillary at it?

Any rising star would come from the state government level or from the Senate. Andrew Cuomo could be a viable option. He is quite popular in New York.

You are about 30 years behind on running a woman for VP. Remember Ferraro? And Cain was never a serious candidate so much as a PR stunt for the Reps.
I predict we will get an African-American as a serious GOP candidate about 2032...
    But nice try, old man.

Good question, really got me thinking!

Hillary is a bad ass but I suppose I'd stick with Obama.

I'd say that depends on whether or not there is anything left of an economy after PinkSlip's raping and pilfering (should he be installed as President). I seriously doubt they'll be anything left to govern should that occur.

Although Hillary would be far, far from ideal, she is 1000 times more intelligent and practical than oboobma. Of course, my 2 yorkiepoos are close to 1000 times more intelligent that oboobma also, so I guess that is somewhat less that complimentary too.

I'm amazed that the PF progressives prefer Obama to Hillary. They really want to get as radical as possible.

Sec, thanks for a sobering lesson. These progressives are even more dangerous than I thought.
