If you believe for a better economical relationship, that's wrong.Kremlin do not needs any good economy in Russia, selling of Gaz and Oil is enough for it.Also, why Regime needs visa-free traveling.
The answer could be only one:
Kremlin afraid a Revolution in Russia, therefore it want to guaranty its supporters that they can still flee from Russia and to avoid punishment.BTW it is much easy for average Kremlin supporters to hide money in western banks and to purchase real estates if they posses the possibility for visa-free traveling.

An absolute, childish, hateful bull(*)(*)(*)(*), Mr. Bender. All Kremlin supporters have so called multi-entry Schengen and American visas; it is not hard to get, and is not expensive. Try to think of another reason why Russian Government would want a visa-free travel for Russian citizens, and foreign tourists and businessmen? Here, I just gave you a clue :)

I'm talking about millions of officials, police and KGB guys. Sure most of Kremlin posses multi-visas, but 95 % of their supporters do not have one and are afraid to stay in case of a revolution. BTW, are you joking, the problems of "Russians citizens" and "foreign tourists and businessmen" are absolutely indifferent for Kremlin because they do not need any good relations in business or tourism.

When did you leave Russia, Ostap? 30, 40 years ago? Getting visa today is a joke; anyone and everyone can get one inside of two-three weeks...

Great news, Ostap - in today's press-conference, CEO of Transaero announced they've purchased 4 A380 jumbo planes, plus 6 Russian-made Superjets with options for 10 more in a deal, worth over 2 gazillion dollars... good news for the Russian business, Russian and foreign travelers and especially for the Russian aviation industry. Rejoice, Ostap - great news for Russia indeed, plus here's the answer to your question! :)

Still means another 3 years minimum of avoiding internal flights at any cost .
Russia still kills more people every year than any other country on the planet .

You're undoubtedly referring to the unfortunate crash of the demonstration flight over Indonesia, Ostap... your hatred toward everything Russia knows no bounds... what did Russia do to you to force you to leave, i wonder?

His nick; his manner of speaking; his deep knowledge of Russian language, geography and culture and occasional use of Russian language... he was definitely born if not in Russia, in one of the former Soviet republics for sure.
