    What do you guys think?

We drug test lower level governmental employees often, why not the big dogs? Do you guys think Obama pissed in a cup before being sworn in?

    YES.

If i have to pass a drug test to work, they D_MN well better have to do the same.

These scum wouldnt know what to do with themselves if they were forced to play by the same slaveowner rules us common peasants are subject to.

I would very much like to see that, if not for the laugh, to know you're doing something good for the government.

I would like no one to have to be drug tested and drugs to be decriminalized. It would be fair to hold them to the same standards but as I want this to happen to no one I don't see the point in supporting it.

If our past few presidents were on drugs, we might actually be better off.

You mean, like, for electoral enhancing substances?

"Excuse me, sir. But you've been polling very high recently, and we just want to make sure you're not taking any banned substances that might give you an unfair edge over your opponent in November. If you could just pee in this cup real quick, we'll test you for voter fraud. Thanks."

I say yes. Test all of Congress too. If it's good enough at the lower ends, it's good enough for the uppers.

After a few hundred positives for stupid things, maybe they'll rethink the current approach to the "War on Drugs".

I think you could eliminate it for all by making the top do it.. Hold them to same standards and they will probably eliminate it.

The ones that have access to nuclear weapons ... maybe?

Thing is, the likeliest drug to cause problems would be alcohol.

Seriously. It would be fun to have a (*)(*)(*)(*) test right before they voted to fund the war on drugs. The results would be public, side by side with whether or not they pissed hot and how they voted. Of course the problem there is that no one cares about the hypocrisy of their own party, just what the other party is doing. The only time Dems and Reps join forces is to call anyone who votes for a third party an idiot.

I wouldn't be as concerned about drug testing as perhaps a phychiatric test-(like Michelle Bachman or Adam West or Rand Paul) for example-but I gotta say, perhaps if they did put a little LSD in the water supply in Congress we would get things moving at a faster rate & they would have some fun at the same time.
LOL- Could you imagine Michelle Bachman on LSD & with the video recorder on-

So...you're OK with a guy cranked out on meth running an excavator, or a guy on heroin driving a gasoline tanker, then? Are you out of your ever-loving MIND?!?!

Yes, IMO, there should be drug testing, IQ testing, and Lie detector testing, of Politicians in general, starting with Governor Scott of Florida.

I would also like to see Governor Scotts birth certificate, or at least some proof that he was born on earth and not transported here from some other planet. This may require a physical exam to determine if there is a heartbeat, or if the Governor is actually a rightwing drone android being remotely controlled.

Alcohol is currently legal. Showing up to work drunk usually results in the termination of employment.

We should be able to survey them with drones and tap their phones, too, like they can do to us.

Yes, because all of this happens with alcohol currently.
