"All abortion is bad even when raped. All socialism is bad even though their precious Jesus practiced it, etc. etc. etc."

    Taxcutter says:
Not Tea Party positions. Just your imagination. Taxes, spending and regulations are all bad in the Obama Depression.

"Right things are more power to corporations, more inequality, less rights for people?... "

    Taxcutter says:
Not Tea Party positions. Just a lie you or somebody dreamed up. Less government implies more rights for people.

Like the link said, OWS is just too weird.

True, but when you consider it's probably mostly the people that actually show up on election day, that makes a big difference.

I expect you have evidence to back this claim up?

Nothing more concrete than personal experience and common sense combined with the 2010 election results.

There are two ideological views in Washington. Democrats and establishment republicans against the Tea Party and the Tea Party is gaining traction.

The Indiana Senatorial primary stands as an example of who shows up.

You can bet the farm that every single ambulatory Tea Partier will be there on November 6 and will have valid voter ID.

Reality? This is reality Johnny-C. The link below is CNN, I'll highlight the important head in the sand, disinformation, fellow dream world liberals who lap it up information for you.

    http://www.cnn.com/2012/05/30/politics/texas-senate-primary/index.html

"With 99.6% of precincts counted, Dewhurst held 48% of the vote to 30% for Cruz". CNN May 2012

The link below from CNN in July stating it to be a close race.

    http://politicalticker.blogs.cnn.com/2012/07/31/texas-senate-runoff-expected-to-be-close/

This is the CNN on Aug 2nd after the Cruz win...amazingly all about "Would more TEA Party backed senators mean more gridlock".

    http://www.cnn.com/2012/08/01/politics/tea-party-senate-impact/index.html

The reality Johnny-C.....TEA Party Cruz destroys party line (R) Dewhurst 56 - 44.

You do not look at reality, in fact, you avoid it like the plague. 2010 was all about precinct politics. Precinct politics is what the TEA Party is still all about. Now, regarding the OWSers in comparison...the unionists, communists, socialists, anarchists and all the other dregs of society that make up the OWSers, have not an ounce of comparitive committment to enter the political arena akin to the TEA Party repeatedly proven successes.

They feed you what you want to hear, which is a meal of sand you collectively all have your heads buried in.

I refer to the Tea Party's published agenda.

    Everything else is trash.

Smear it, rail against it, falsely villfiy it, ignore it...none of it matters. A massive grass roots movement, with voting clout, has redefined American politics.

This incredible group of dedicated and decent hard working Americans are making the proper changes to your nation, and there is absolutely nothing any radical fringe, or leftist media or the Democrats can do about it.

    Not one thing.

The Tea Party is a real, vibrant, political movement that's racked up quite a few victories, and the OWS movement has already pretty much fallen apart due to it's disorganized, car pooping, rapes, and bridge terrorism. However it did have one thing on it's side that the Tea Party didn't and won't ever have; approval by the mass media. Thanks to the MSM, OWS issues such as "fairness," and income inequality have become part of the campaign. We are even using OWS phrases such as "the 1%." So the cultural relevance of OWS will outlast it's park crashing.

The OWS hasn't failed, is the thing. It's still going on. And it has caused people to think outside their previous mental containers.

The very simple premise that society should not be structured so that 99% of humanity is exploited by 1% of humanity makes sense to most human beings, I think. The realization that this is what's happening now, and that this should not continue in the future, follows pretty naturally.

Has OWS affected a single election?

It's effecting the current one. The President presides over a wrecked economy, but he's running on "fairness."
