If Republicans are racist, this should be an easy question to answer.

I saw a comment to an article that asked a very good question.

Good Question. Exactly which policies, speeches or actions that Republicans are currently criticizing would they not criticize if it were a white Democrat putting them forward?

I mean what exactly has Obama put forth that Republicans would support if only Obama were white?

Are Democrats really so dense as to think that Republicans are fighting so hard against Obama because he's black and not because he's a Democrat and we simply hate your worldview?

No, democrats know that they can not attack republicans on real issues because they stand identically in those - sort of like two performers on stage enacting a sort of argument, they may pretend to be fighting and hitting each other, but they will not really hurt each other, because that is not the purpose - the purpose is to draw in the viewers, public, voters into their circus. that is why they can attack each other on issues such as birther stuff, Monica Lewinsky, Tax releases and so on, but not on issues that mean anything where both sides stand identicaly, even if they talk differently for show

An strong argument can be made that the modern Democrat political machine and their complicit alphabet media chose to get behind...all but anoint... an inexperienced, relatively unknown, "voted most liberal" junior Senator from one of the most politically corrupt cities in the nation...

over a well known, near identically progressive leftist ideologue, and well versed, intimately experienced insider of the respected Clinton administration....

for the expressed purpose of deploying racial politics as a weapon to disarm any policy criticisms.

If some of the overtly racist remarks, on this forum, from several posters purporting to support the Republican position are even remotely representative of Republicans in general, then one could conclude that racism was indeed rife among the right-wing. As if there were ever any real doubt. Lame attempts at deflection and passing the blame for racism to the Democrats, are as diaphanous as a hooker's thong.

I highly disagree. You are just a radical who cannot see shades of grey because your principles are absolutely set in stone and all you see is black and white and since most Americans reside in a grey area between the two parties, and therefore must be catered to for votes by both parties, you see two parties that are the same.

Most people I know would take that as a sign that they are perhaps way out of touch with the mainstream, and therefore need to do some thinking about adjusting their views to a more mainstream thought.

But of course that would violate those set in stone ethics based on revisionist history, logical fallacy and conspiracy theory.

Who is it that's always bringing up race on this forum? For the most part it's right wingers. We can't go a day without someone feeling the need to point out that a black man murdered someone or a black teen mob robbed a store. Even though it has less to do with their race and more to do with the environment they grow up in. But no lets focus on their race. All day and every day. It's sick.

The only evidence of Racism I've ever seen came from racist country boy democrats in the west virginia mining area who are all on disability and live on Government food stamps and pensions and vote Democrat to keep thsoe bennies flowing but are grumbling because they have to vote for a black democrat.

    That is the truth.

Doesn't exactly help your cause when people like Michelle Bachman, Sarah Palin and Rick Santorum as well as Mike Rogers who are more focused on persecuting Muslims and Gays as well as looking to turn the United States into a Police State with laws like CISPA rather than fighting for things that will actually benefit the American people. I could also go into the evils of the RIAA and the MPAA and how they are destroying this country by getting far too involved in the political end but even Obama is tied up in that corruption.

It's really a difference between country boys and city boys. It just so happens most country boys are republican. Though they can be democrats...

But country boys are not used to dealing with people outside their own race. All they see is what they see on TV. Black people growing up in (*)(*)(*)(*)ty neighborhoods and practically raised in crime and hate. They attribute it to their race. I attribute it to their upbringing.

City folks understand minorities because we live with them. We buy groceries from them. We do our labor with them. We raise our kids with them. We know that like whites there are good people and bad people among them.

Country folks don't have that luxury. but when they do they often see it too.

Yeah right. That's why there was KKK former Grand Kleagle Robert Byrd in office for all those years. The consumate example of the racist Democrat who paid off those unionized hillbillies in the WV Coal Country with pork and welfare bennies for those too dumb inbred to even mine coal for a living.
