Obama Campaign Holds Muslim Outreach Event

From the Washington Times we get this startling story. Startling only if you know the background of it. I will try to fill some of that in here.

The Obama campaign is hosting an outreach event for Virginia-area Muslim Americans on Sunday, according to an invitation obtained by Politico.

Brian Moran, the chairman of the Virginia Democratic Party, will represent the Obama campaign as a surrogate at an event in Sterling, Va. at a local community center.

It's one of the first real outreach events this cycle by the Obama campaign to a community that is largely overlooked — and sometimes demonized — by both sides of the aisle.

It will be interesting to at what "local community center" this event is going to be held. Will it be at the ADAMS Center (All Dulles Area Muslim Society), by any chance ? The ADAMS Center is a Muslim Brotherhood mosque and hub singled out by Freedom House as one of the top distributors of Saudi-sponsored anti-Semitic and anti-Christian dogma. They also found anti-American literature in the mosque, such as one called "Religious Edicts for the Immigrant Muslim", which said "it is forbidden for a Muslim to become a citizen of a country (such as the United States) governed by infidels." In a press release. the ADAMS Center denied the claims and blamed "Christian" evangelicals for allegedly "planting" the offensive materials inside the mosque.

If it turns out that this campaign event is at the ADAMS Center, this SHOULD be the biggest scandal of the whole campaign. But even it isn't there, really Mitt Romney could use the ADAMS Center (which I so far have only scratched the surface about) as a major debate subject, since Obama officials have spoken there on previous occasions, such as when Deputy National Security Advisor to President Obama, Denis McDonough spoke there in March of 2011.

Got that ? A high-ranked Obama administration official spoke at a notorious mosque of an organization (Muslim Brotherhood) which is on public record as being sworn to destroy America, and all of Western civilization. Pheeeeeeeeewww !!!! (high-pitched whistles) And the objective of his appearance there ? "Partnering with communities to prevent violent extremism in America." (from White House website)

"Partnering" ? With the Muslim Brotherhood ? Yup. That's what they've been doing, while America has been sleeping.

If it turns out that this event is at the ADAMS Center, I will have a lot more to say about it in this thread.

 

89% of Muslims voted for Obama. That would make them the 2nd most loyal Democrat group in the country behind blacks.

This is the Democrat strategy going forward. Turn more and more minority groups into monolithic voting blocs and prepare for a future with less white people. Then they won't be able to lose. Of course, the country will be destroyed by then, but they will be the kings of their pathetic little hill. I guess that's enough.

Its good that he's reaching out to them.. The Saudis have alwys reached out to Americans living and working there.

I'm all for both sides (Republican and Democrat) reaching out to Muslims to state their case on who should win in November. To me, it's important to have dialogues with all our citizens and non citizens, both to build positive relationships with them and to counter all the negative lies out there like, "All Muslims are terrorists!" or "All Mexicans are fat and lazy!"

 

No most are cowards like the ones above who are so proud of filming their executions that they hide behind masks and facial scarves.

I've watched that video. They were, indeed, speaking Arabic. I know how ugly that language is and why someone could mistake it for "grunting", but ...
