"Make people confident"? Wow. Great argument. I mean, I would personally attribute the rise in suicide rates to an overwhelmingly weak economy.

...But that's just me. Obviously, it has more to do with the fact that our president is a (*)(*)(*)(*)ty leader.

    the responses here are hilarious...
of course they favor obama, the rest of the world(especially "western" world) is not stupid and brainwashed like half of the US are...u pretty much cant have a conversation in central europe about the US without having someone who is shaking their head, people think the US have gone mad, completely insane; the most conservative people think like that

and btw, none of the countries from that poll has socialism(or communism etc) as their system; having healthcare and social secrurity doesnt make it socialism, even if u call it that a million times

Obama has constantly touted how much better it is, People have lost hope. "HOPE" what a joke. They see Obama as weak and the future bleak. I want to see the latest numbers because if it goes down that is a sign of one or two things.

The economy has improved and people have hop or we are running out of people that will commit suicide. Do you know some people have to lose everything before they can get any help. some can get bailed out while others (LIKE OBAMA) have been sucking the American tit since day one and will continue with no worries.

According to a Pew Research Poll, conducted in June of 2012, global approval of President Obama has dwindled substantially in China. Since fiscal year 2009, confidence in the President Obama has declined by 24 percentage points and approval of his policies has fallen 30 points.

The Chinese are worried about Obama's mismanagement of the American economy which affects Chinese exports to us.

We overwhelmingly REJECT the arguement "they do it in Europe and it is working for them". We fought a revolutionary war to be different and seperate from Europe.

#1, the war was to be separate, not different. It was undertaken with reluctance by colonists who felt their King was becoming a tyrant. They didn't have any real issue with England's way of doing things. If the King had left them alone to do what they had always done, they would have been content to remain a colony.

#2, what kind of logic suggests that having successfully rebelled against England, we thenceforth have nothing to learn from England?

The rest of the world isn't voting in our presidential election, we are. So, who gives a (*)(*)(*)(*) who they favor.

If everyone else in the room holds a different view, especially when the majority of these people are far more objective, perhaps it is the one who maintains an opposing view that is a moron.

I would claim that it is a lack of caring and knowledge of what others think that has much to do with many of our foreign policy issues and blunders up to and including 911 and the Iraq war II.

Lol, so Chavez, Putin and all those types...it really matters that they like obama...and it;s important!

    What a f*ckin joke.

The fact they DO support obama should be cause for some serious thought.

You're right, it's a joke. Because we're not talking about people like that.

Many in europe just can not take their becoming irrelevant. I don't blame them but their governments and the EU are the issue not the US.

    to all :::::::::
i have found that my view of the USA foreign policy must change. I must regard the latest comments from the presidential campaign. at the last debate; president obama claimed that governor romney was not aware of the end of the cold war. all of us who want peace between russia and the USA should respect this fact about obama and not participate in all of these silly anti-obama games.

Your point would stand if all you meant was "they can't vote in our elections." Duh.

But paying attention to what the rest of the world thinks about us, and why, is totally relevant.

    Right, because I said "kowtow".

I swear. Conservatives apparently think that if they walk next door and punch the neighbor in the face, that neighbor will still be more than happy to help them out when they need it.

I swear, Leftninnies think if they grovel and bend over before everyone in the neighborhood, they will be seen as "strong leaders"...and "respected"....

    My neighbor does.

    Leaders lead, followers follow.

We dont need them to like us, we do hope they respect us and our power. Ultimately, its the power that keeps others in line.

You're a liberal posing as a conservative to discredit them, aren't you?
