So, to help the people on the east coast, Obama has stripped away the bureaucracy and dictated that the government will respond in no less than 15 minutes. What does that really mean? Well it is an unwitting endorsement that government bureaucracy is a hindrance to success so what is Obama's response to creating jobs? An announcement of a Secretary of Business. In other words, more bureaucracy.

Then there is the claim that it is too hard for people to produce an ID to vote, but look at the new Health mandate that (yes more bureaucracy) where you have a new form to fill out at tax time that requires your personal identifying health information so they can determine to penalize you or not. This of course will require sending out millions of new tax documents.

What the president said was that phone calls from local officials would returned in fifteen minutes. The rest of your post is as false as that claim.

Now you are bashing the President for doing something that lots of Rightwingers wanted done? Reduse the red tape and proceedure process of the government to get people help when they need it? How hypocritical indeed, of this topic!

Let's look at the bigger picture, shall we? There would not be nearly enough help to do any good for those people on the East coast if it were not for the "BIG" Government stepping in and helping, which is a complete contrast to what Romney is offerng! Romney wants to cut $10 Billion from Fema, let the states handle the problems like that on their own! How would those people like to be under Romney when something like that goes down? Romney wants to add more government rules in to the regulation of individual female bodies by golly!

As for the other arguments, Voter ID is NOT needed to prevent voter fraud, especially when the mass distribution of voter fraud is being commited by the Republican party in a vast array of different forms, none of which could be prevented with an ID.

You wouldn't have to worry about a change in the tax form if Obama had gotten his original public Option in the bill, which Republican shot down and added all the other things in, all Republican systems, and THEN did not vote for it any way. Put the Blame where it belongs, on the Republican obstructionism. Pay your share, and go sit down.:alientwo::alientwo:

If there were a Secretary of Business, what would the Secretary of Commerce do?

I don't know why Bush didn't appoint one then when he told everybody to "go shopping".

Another one of your fraudulent lies.

Bush never said "go out and shop" after 9-11. what he said was don't let the terrorists win by frightening you into staying home.

All I am hearing is more Con complaining that Republicans and Democrats are working together to solve problems for all Americans during a crisis.

Cons can't stand to see Republicans and Democrats working together for Americans.

Historical revisionism is a difficult thing to achieve in this age of the Internet.
