This is for all the Obama supporters.

What would you like to see Obama do in the next 4 years that he has not already done?

Not an Obama supporter but I will weigh in on this:

    Bi-Partisan Tax reform
    Real campaign finance reform
    Medical insurance reform
    Fair trade policies

I'm not a supporter of Obama, but I can sum it up like this..

I want to see him do everything he said he would in 2008 up until 2012 and everything in between that he did not do.

It isn't even the question to ask right now but a better one would be: What promise has he actually kept?

^ The answer is too easy though..

He has not delivered on that in the first four years, why would you expect him to do that in the next. Wrong priorities, wrong motivations, wrong decisions, extremely bad choice. Now we're really (*)(*)(*)(*)ed.

So basically he lied about doing things last go round and that is why people voted for him this go round, hoping he will come through?

If so, what are they? Closing Gitmo? Leaving Afghanistan? Wut?

Okay I want him to do nothing on Obamacare, no waivers just let the law and its tax penalties take affect to the letter of the law. Anyone not issured in states refusing to participate at the letter and form of the law will get fined, with no programs to turn to, and see how long they hold out making exchanges and doing some expansion of Medicaid. He can be honest and say its the law of the land and being enforced, its your states that are not complying with what is mandated in the law and that is why your paying the tax and not getting covered the way the law says.

That would force the holdouts in since the money would still be going into the system just none of it staying in the states affected.

Not an Obama supporter...but my thoughts...

Work harder on getting the market to produce jobs that actually matter to people
Think really hard about Obamacare...and get rid of it
Continue to reduce the deficit...but by stronger numbers
    Cut back on entitlements
Repeal both the Patriot Act and NDAA

Now with that said...this also falls onto Republicans as well. Look I understand you rallied behind your man. But he lost. The last 4 years have been nothing but partisan gridlock in Congress. That has to stop. The republicans have to lick their wounds and come to terms with it. Get over the loss and try to actually work with the President...not against him...on getting this nation back on track.

This is what I expect over the next 4 years

Obama is not able to work with anyone let alone Congress. The reaction to his reelection is going to be VERY negative. I predict Obama's economic silly naive policies....."We'll just make the rich pay a little more and everything will be OK and then I'll be able to just 'phone it in' like I've done all my life and spend even more time on the 'links'" will drive the US economy into the worst depression in the country's history. One that will literally destroy America for ever.

No waivers? How will he compensate his cronies, like those in the unions who get waivers? This is politics son, not an ivory tower Disneyland.

As for those being punished for not buying corporate health care, that is what the IRS is for. Do you really think Obama needed to be reelected for that?

Both Republican and Democrat alike enjoy the Patriot Act and NDAA. It comforts them knowing they have tools to quell any uprisings or if people grab a pitch fork and storm the White House.

Cut back entitlements? What entitlements did Obama say he was to cut? No supporter of Obama wants less spending.

And this leads us to the debt. It is obviously job #1 for government to get its economic house in order, but I heard nothing from Obama in regards to this. In fact, you can mark it down that the debt will reach over $20 trillion easy in 4 more years.

It's like Dick Cheney said, "Deficits don' t matter anymore." People will continue to be oblivious that the government is inflating their wealth away as gas probably reaches $7 per gallon in 4 more years.

All Obama has to do is "stay the course" and then demonize the GOP in 2014 to try and regain the House as things continue to deteriorate.

Working together is a two-way street.

Your expectations for the next four years are unrealistic.

Gas will be $10.00 a gallon within two years. So will diesel. What do you all think that will do to the transportation? "If you bought it a truck brought it". Pretty simple little saying right? Think about it. Obama isn't going to do SFA to help make America more energy independent. The country is sitting on enough underground energy sources to make it 100% independent from the Arabs.

I don't know if it will be that high but it will be 5 bucks. Our economy is going to come to another halt.

    You are delusional.

Obama is against all the things you are for yet you expect him to deliver on your agenda?

    That's amazing.

When, you say "reform", what do you actually want to see happen, and do you think Obama will do it?

I really think most Dems just hope he would start keeping his promises.

This is where the Dems and Independents have set themselves up for four more long years of disappointment.

Your thread is labeled "What do you want to see Obama do". Those are the things I would like to see him do. Will he (and Congress) do it? Very slim chance...but just stating the things I would like to see done...
