Eiether do two things in health care. Either 1) have fully socialised medicine with free at point of delivery comprehensive health provision Or 2) have a fully free market which doesn't control the number of doctors and allows anyone to import their medicine from anywhere. medicaid and medicare are so badly run that on the money they cost the USA could have European comprehensive health care if it was run without all the pork barrelling that federal funding entails. Obama care changes nothing and just makes health care for the average American more expensive. Republican ideas are just about protecting the AMA monopoly.
I have read such stuff in a magazine last week but I don't' feel so. A country which is too develop to lead world is suffering from low grade health care system. This must not be true
