http://www.cogwriter.com/barack-obama-prophecy-antichrist.htm I've always scoffed at people who read much into Revelations, but lately I'm not so sure. We seem to have entered an era where the whole world is coming apart at the seams. And leading us in these dark times is a man many secularists revere as a god-figure, a Messiah. And the prophesies fortell of a false prophet who claim to be the Messiah, i.e. the Anti-Christ. Is Obama the Anti-Christ? He is a good candidate. He leads the most powerful nation in the world, with military capabilities to bring about a literal end of the world through nuclear war. He is a Muslim, in heart, if not officially. It seems fitting that the Anti-Christ would belong to a religion that is the mortal enemies of Christianity and Judaism. Obama has ambitions to make himself dictator, and was elected through fraudulent means. Obama is set against Christian teachings on abortion, homosexuality, and almost every other issue. And he has made this lack of morality a center-piece of his agenda. Obama seeks to brainwash the children with "Common Core Standards," a new mandatory federal ciriculum that will be imposed on the states in the coming years. http://www.wnd.com/2012/02/obama-imposing-national-school-curriculum/ Obama's followers encourage children to dress in blue uniforms and sing Obama's praises. That's the kind of thing you see in Hitler's Germany, Stalin's Russia, and Saddam Hussein's Iraq, i.e. the "Cult of Personality." There are many other signs and portents.
If Obama was the anti-Christ he wouldn't be the single most hated man in America. Revelations has several key events that occur right atthe beginning, namely Christians being an oppressed minority and the reconstruction of the Jewish Temple on Temple Mount. You have at least a couple centuries to wait before either of those occur.
World Nut Daily?? Good grief.. I hope you go back to work soon.. even if its just unloading trucks. - - - Updated - - - World Nut Daily?? Good grief.. I hope you go back to work soon.. even if its just unloading trucks.
No. Absolutely and completely no. Obama is not the anti-Christ and he has not been fulfilling prophecies. Oh and for the record, Common Core is not federally mandated. 48 states chose to go with Common Core. Common Core, although inspired by the federal government, is being enacted by the states. The federal government isn't imposing it on them. Also, the idea of Common Core originates from conservative minds.
Except Revelation says there is NO temple. - - - Updated - - - Except Revelation says there is NO temple.
I think there are some people out there with a really crap perception of the world. If they think the President is the most evil leader in the world today they really need to turn the BBC on and see what some people out there are dealing with on a day to day basis
Most hated man in America? Lol... not even close. http://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs...-obamas-popularity-surges-to-three-year-high/ In fact, his likeability rating far exceeds his Presidential approval rating with about 81% of the people "liking" President Obama.
Can you show me a single political figure in America who is more hated? If Obama was the anti-Christ, his approval rating would be at or close to 100% in America and every other country in the world.
I always appreciates forums like this for the insight it provides into how some conservatives actually think. It explains a lot.
Outside of the far right-wing's insular sphere, President Obama is well-liked nationally and globally. How many "single political figures" would you qualify as being enough. I know how this works, I provide the answer and you raise the bar. Here. Let's go ahead and start the game: John Boehner Karl Rove Mitt Romney Former President George Bush
In his defense, nutjobs have been labeling just about every President as the "anti-Christ" for quite some time now. Some tongue-in-cheek, some in earnest.
Yes!!! Satan's spawn, no doubt. Mygod, just look at him!!! He's non-white, and thus must be Satan-sent!!!
More often than not apocalyptic mindsets lead to apocalyptic results. Prophesies are often self-fulfilling because of the paranoid mindsets they tend to create. For example, modern Israel only exists because Jews attach a significance to it via religion. Had there never been a Zionist movement to relocate Jews to Israel, the Middle East would have one less conflict to deal with. Christian Zionists wouldn't have any reason to support Israel beyond the strategic rationales, and even those would be tempered better by logic without any paranoia-inducing Rapture to consider.
This There have always been end of the world nuts. In the best case, they are just sad when the word doesn't end. In the worst case they fall for hucksters and sell all of their belongings or end up killing things.
