12 Year Old Philly Kid Bullied and Beaten to Death by Classmates....No Charges Filed

A twelve year old Philly area white child is beaten to death by two of his "classmates"........no Jesse....no Big Al.....no national media coverage.....no criminal charges filed......the assault is described as a "fight" by the local media....so where is the outrage?:

So where are all you Trayvonistas......who are so concerned about a "teenager being killed".......a least this poor kid didn't break anyone's nose and beat their heads into the sidewalk before being killed.

 

Dead, innocent white kid; black bullies= ZERO Leftninny outrage, little or NO Lamestream Media coverage.

 

Yeah I saw this ... the blacks need to be prosecuted, convicted and sent to prison for life just like Zimmy.

By the way, the kid wasn't beaten to death. The kid suffered from a broken nose and a bruise to the skull. He died of a concussion a week after the fact. Seems like more of a run of the mill school fight gone awry than bullying.

If the parents wanted to press charges, they would. There's no reason to force them to.

 

I assume you are doing the same for this kid whose name is currently unknown? Isn't that what "compassionate liberals" are all about?

 

Can you cite news that supports this beating was not the cause of death?

No the beating WAS the cause of death. I'm just saying that the kid didn't die and wasn't even unconscious (if I understand correctly) directly after the fact.. He died from a unintended complication (i.e. a concussion) caused by the injuries.

Although if the fight was two against one and there was foul play involved, I wholeheartedly hope they press charges. The truth will come out in the courts.

 

Never heard of him. And no way to know if he would have done the same if Zimmerman were named Garcia. And no way to know if his petition had any affect. Nice try, though.

The gist of this is (1) the fight happened 2 months before the death, and it's not clear whether they are connected; (2) the other boy was known to be a bully, and was suspended.

My speculation is that this particular fight exacerbated an existing (but unidentified) medical condition. That doesn't excuse it, but the nominal trauma (bloody nose) is ordinarily not life threatening and in fact was suffered weeks before any other symptoms appeared.

 

Can you at least say his name?

 

Apparently, it was only a fluke, an accident, that Zimmy is where he is today ... Cunningham was only practicing his social-network skills as an experiment as part of his Graduate Program ...

They were suspended from school for two days for bullying and killing a 12 year old white child (not one that looks 12 in the photos the media repeatedly puts out on national TV)......so where is Big Al, Jesse, the POTUS...stop that, please...and all those so concerned with the death of a child that is not being prosecuted......not one damn candlelight vigil....and Piers Morgan hasn't said (*)(*)(*)(*)......and I just wonder why....,

I was following this days ago as well. The problem is as you note. Exact cause of death, but more importantly, whether any lingering injury from the schoolyard brawl was complicit.

well if the concussion was the catalyst of the seizures and the reason he had to be put into a coma then the kids should face murder charges.
