I've been reading a bit about the Jews.

I read the historical novels of Sharon Kay Penman, and learned that even in England, there were incidents when Jews were massacred. And even when the King was protecting the Jews, he taxed them directly with special taxes just for them. And Jews were only allowed to bury their dead in one Jewish cemetary in London. And Jews weren't really safe anywhere, because if a Christian beat up a Jew, there wasn't really anyone who would punish him for it.

And then I read Maus, which is historical graphic novel about one Jew's experience surviving the Holocaust. And the descriptions of what the Nazis did to the Jews are bad enough before he got to Auschwitz. I haven't even gotten to that part of the book. Anyway, Jews were beaten in the streets, forced to live in ghettos, forced to wear special badges, given smaller rations, and hanged if they traded in the black market.

And all of this leads me to one conclusion.

In Israel, Jews finally have a place where they can be safe, and they can stay well armed, and fight off their enemies. And Jews would be very, very stupid to ever give any of that up. In other places and other times, you were unarmed, defenseless, and so you were persecuted, beaten and slaughtered.

And now, the anti-Semites are at it again. On this forum, they constantly rail against the Jews, trying to stir up hatred against them. And this has consequences, because now it is once again true that in parts of Europe, Jews are not safe anymore.

I would like to believe that in the United States, Jews will always be safe. But Jews can't count on that. They have to have their own homeland, a place where they make the rules, and they have the guns, and they can defend themselves.

And that's why I will always support Israel, and I hope many others feel the same way.

 

If you want to understand the plight of the Jew, read the works of Dr Kevin MacDonald, PHD. You can google his name and find his work. He wrote a series of books that you would find interesting.

 

What a sad, sad story Rook. I had no idea. Maybe all the Jews in America should get out while it's still safe and go to Israel. I would be willing to contribute for airfare.

BTW:Are you a Catholic? I was raised catholic, went to catholic schools in the '50s and '60s and was taught that Jews were all going to hell, and that they were directly responsible for the death of our lord and savior, Jesus Christ. Crucify him, crucify Him, shouted the Jews in the crowd on good Friday....I called BS on the Catholic crap after third grade which was in 1959. Have they changed their story since then? If so, when and what's the new story regarding the Jews and the murder of JC in Catholic dogma?

 

Catholicism comes from Paganism and only adopted Christ as a necessity into their mother, father, child trinity to stay and sway with the times, so who cares what they think.

It's mostly fake Jews doing the damage. But if the Jews do not accept Jesus as the Messiah, then why do you hold them in such high regard? After all, you're going to burn them for eternity, what does earth really matter in comparison?

Its not often we agree. So let me explain how I agree- and differ.

I think that in retrospect, that the decision to form the State of Israel in the middle of the Middle East was flawed.

I happen to think that yes, the Jews deserved a sanctuary after the horrors of not only the Holocaust but of the many pogroms and ghetto's and persecutions. But how this was done has created a festering wound that infects and reinfects the entire Middle East.

I support the right of Israel to exist- and to be its own sovereign country- while often disagreeing with what Israel does- and often agreeing with it too. No matter how much Palestineans and others wish Israel will go away- it won't.

But.....the Palestineans aren't going away either.

I don't have a solution, but I think that neither the leaders of Israel or the putative Palestinean leaders are trying hard enough for a solution.

You want to see me criticize Obama? Here it goes- Obama wasted opportunities to seek resolutions with Israel and Palestine- just wasted opportunities.

Why christians love jews is something i'll never understand. No group of people has done more harm to christianity than jews. Jewish media uses every opportunity to mock christianity.

And then theres the whole palestine thing.. you know, tormenting a people for 50 years then pretending to be the victims when they act crazy.

 

All this means that they can treat the Palestinians the exact same way that they were treat in the past.

This is a thread full of hate speech. We have the tome about Israel killing Palestinian children when they save more Palestinian children in their hospitals every year. We have a psuedo-scholar who sees a Jewish agenda. We have Jewish media cabal. Please. Ignorance is not debate.

@topic: Actually, post-holocaust, there are a lot of places where jews are very safe - hell, my family is Jewish, and Germany has been quite friendly to us. There's no problem with Israel existing as a concept, the problem is simply with the rights of the indigenous people who lived there before the Jews came back to "reclaim" land that hadn't been theirs for centuries. There is nothing inherently anti-semitic about opposing the current state of Israel.

...That said, there are plenty of actual anti-semites, as the above quote shows.

 

We live next to Near East natives for the last 4000 years , they are not significant and they had their share of national adventures.
They are not exceptional, every nation in the area had bad moments or even bad millennia .
In difference with the rest of Europe who adopted the Grecco-Roman civilisation Jews became closely affiliated with Egypt and their cousins in Mesopotamia and this created many issues after they had to abandon eastern Med and escape into west , kind of a cultural gap.

Now for the Jews of the forum, wouldn't history be far better to you if you had worship our pigs?

 

There is no doubt that jews worldwide have been slaughtered and treated like scum, but to complete your study on the jews, you might first want to ask the question as to why people have been treating jews like that, and then you would be well advised to read all you can about the overall mission of jewish leaders worldwide who rule under the banner of Zionism to get the real deal of the ominpresent hatred of them. Keep in mind that the Zionist leaders of the Russian Revolution up through Stalin's rule who murdered/slaughtered upwards to 80-100 million people in the 20th century alone were almost all jews. To get a more comprehensive overview of these jewish Zionists, I suggest you pick up a copy of David Duke's book "Jewish Supremacism". Before you go and call Duke a racist or an anti Semite, I suggest you read the book with the understanding that at least half of the quotes in his book come directy from jews themselves. Its a real eye opener for sure, for those who want to think the best of the jewish people without knowing all of the historic facts.

 

You ought to read his work (he's a PHD of psychology) rather than make useless remarks. I don't suspect you have the guts to read it, just like the ADL, because you can't argue with his facts.

Face the truth or remain uniformed, but save the bandwith on your childishness.

 

While this post is pure garbage it is even more punctuated by the fact that it references a lying bigot whose book lacks any real history. It is a hate filled tome from a man who touts a fake PhD and believes the Protocols of the Elders of Zion. I think you would do well to read something else.

You want me to argue with his so-called facts? Let me start by saying I know the Jewish community better than probably anyone on this board and getting a dozen together to go to lunch is a major undertaking, how the hell are we ever going to get a genetic selective breeding program going. Having a PhD in psychology doesn't make you an expert on Jews, history or anthropology.

 

Your vast ignorance of Dr MacDonald's work is evident by this post. Try reading his work, not what the Jewish Coffee Clutch has to say about what they heard from so and so and his pals at SPLC and ADL.

You should refrain from posting on the subject until you have a morsel of insight. Your Jew Lunches do not meet the criteria. Sorry.
