    Everything not on that (short) list of powers specifically enumerated by the Framers of the Constitution. That is a pretty big list of things.

    LOL! That is hysterical. "Bush's fault" "Bush's fault" "Bush's fault".....What is truly amazing and ironic is that this administration and all the Obama supporters sure enjoyed blaming literally EVERY SINGLE thing on Bush....Yet....Obama.....ABSOLUTELY NOTHING is ever his fault.

    If it wasn't so scary that liberals don't get the hypocrisy in literally everything they say, I'd be laughing my ass off.
