A classic example of a effective cross examination.

 

O'Mara now suggesting that Serino needed to know what Zimmy was thinking, feeling and believing before interrogating Zimmy ... LOL.

Worse and worse for state .

 

O"Mara said George didn't need to have any injuries to defend himself and Serino agreed.

 

I certainly DO think that the cops warm up to O'Mara easily. His style with them is very respectful. You could see every cop's face beam with pride when he gave them a chance to explain their dedication to being a cop. Every single one glowed when he went there with them.

And I think that they do not appreciate the politics of cases like this. Which makes them contemptuous of the Prosecution.

Thanks for the plug, but I do think the Defense is having a field day. I do not think they have had a bad day yet. But that today is the best. The local legal experts (radio and TV, here in Orlando) have said as much as well. They also said that the Prosecution should not have brought in the video-taped statements. That they could have better compelled Z to the stand had they not brought them in. That Z will never take the stand now.

 

The Sanford Police Dept. did an excellent investigation but then were steam rolled into re-opening case by the politics of the likes of Eric Holder.....they are bound to resent tht.

 

This isn't Hollywood , people don't die the moment a bullet hits him .

I agree, he is Florida's next Casey Anthony if he gets off. He has celebrity status as a murderer with a very long time to live with the results unless the high cholestrol and diabetes takes him out early. He is extremely out of shap compared to his size on the video.
I guess we can call him fluffy.

Actually no, it would not. What it can do is show up much whiter if you shine a bright light on it. But that did not happen.

Getting back to the point, the color red would show up in dimmer light, although the exact shade would not. Same with gray. The key being that it could be definitively determined that gray was on top, and red on bottom, even in that light.

 

Which is just another way to say we lie to people and deceive them.

 

No wonder....pay attention... it was TM reaching for GZ's sidearm where TM threatened GZ's life.... and GZ was able to dispatch TM before the cops arrived just as easily as TM could have done the same to GZ.

TM may have beaten GZ, but GZ won the most important fight.

 

Yes, O'Mara countered by stating there a thousaand other ways too to identify yourself too .. LOL.
