The judge's instructions should be a hoot. You have to wonder how far she will try and sway the jury before they retire and if the jury will find a way to convict Zimmerman on something in order to stave off the pending riots and the death threats they themselves will likely receive.

 

That is why Zimmerman's account is unbelievable to a jury. They listed no disabilities or statements as to why would a healthy adult male with a toned build in the post shooting video be dominated in a scuffle he forced.
It makes you less credible when you try to insult the jury's intelligence with such statement that doesn't fit the visual observations.

The lack of injuries to Martin is also damaging to the image Zimmerman was afraid and fighting for his life. There is no indication he was ever afraid and cornered, where he was forced to defend himself. The logical conclusion is that he wasn't defending himself and was infact the aggressor with Martin showing signs of attempts to defend self making the likelihood of the screams being his.
Also, no rational person see a heavier person that is an adult male being at a disadvantage in a wrestling match with a skinny teen. They show no proof Martin was a seasoned fighter that could dominate a person with at least 9 months of self defense training.

Looks like reasonable doubt to me. And that's without the prosecution witness saying he saw Thugvon on top of Zimmerman, beating him.

Oh and Thugvon's daddy caught changing his story about not hearing Thugvon on the 911 tape- that was hilarious. Poor daddy realized he needed to hear Thuggy's voice on the 911 tape to get some cash out of this whole affair.

Not really. You are trying to make this a racial issue when it's not. I started out opposing George Zimmerman. I still think he is a loser. However, Thugvon was clearly a problem child, a racist and a thug. He was seen assaulting Zimmerman, on top of him beating him. Zimmerman's injuries and statements corroborate.

There shouldn't have even been a trial.

Really? What made him a thug? He was seen in a fight with Zimmerman. It is amazing how we hear the claim that it was so dark Trayvon couldn't see him, but someone 50' away could give you all the details of what was happening.

What injuries, two scratches on his head and a busted nose. Hell I have rec'd worse than that in a fist fight.

Turn the tables. What if Zimmerman had been a woman. The mindset here is that because Zimmerman was a man he should have punched his way off of his back. If it had been a woman, no one would be suggesting that.

That's NOT what she was doing at all. She was making sure he understood his rights and was fully informed so there was NO question re: appeal.

 

I am not patting Zimmerman on the back. I think he and Thugvon are both losers. However, this is a murder trial. And while Zimmerman may have murdered Thugvon, there is far more than reasonable doubt to believe otherwise.

What made him a thug was his history of school antics, probable stealing, blatant racism and assaulting Zimmerman. As for the prosecution witness seeing Thugvon beating on Zimmerman, that's a problem for you Thugvon worshipers.

You forget the President of The United States Said if he had a son it would look like Trayvon......that exalts trayvon to sainthood status to at least half of the nation.

The jury no doubt will remember that and do their duty and vote to convict no matter dat shoe do not fit.

 

All that statement does is prove that you think black people are so dumb and lazy that the Democrats can manipulate them this way.
