Stevie Wonder boycotts Florida.

From what I have been reading SYG and self defense is to different things.

 

Stevie can't even see Florida.

It's like Helen Kellar boycotting his music.

 

Seems odd he would hurt all the black folk that would enjoy him. I would think it better he donate to Travon's parents for their Civil action.

Not that I think they should start an action,,,just say'n. Actually I do not understand why they would start a civil action, didn't they say all they wanted was an arrest?

I think Stevie is on a bit of an ego trip. The humble approach would be as you say, donate money. (I hear the Martins have stuffed a bundle of cash in their personal account from donations made to them.) Or he could do a benefit concert in FL just for them or their cause.

But no, he thinks that he is so important that denying himself is a more powerful statement. He's making it about him. Stevie, hate to break it to ya, but you simply are not that relevant.

 

Why not give Florida to North Korea? It would mean the system of justice got a little fairer.

 

I think a boycott of Florida by all people of good conscience would be an awesome idea.

Bring those chamber of commerce Republicans to their knees.

Hit em where it will hurt them the most.

In their wallets.

You have the right to spend your money where you see fit. But I hardly see how the Chamber of Commerce had anything to do with the trial. My thought is that this would be pointless. But then again, the obvious seems to get passed by when it comes to those who want to see something different than what the facts of the case were.

The prosecution proved the case for the defense and still people can't see the facts.

And it's coming.

Florida depends on billions of tourist dollars coming in every year.

I suspect this case will result in a whole bunch of those Euroweenie and Yankee liberals making alternate vacation plans.

 

Why is it Florida's fault? What did all the people in the state do wrong to deserve such wrath?

I call total BS, probably couldn't book a tour there to save his life, now a 1000 people will request he go to FL to play. Nothing but a publicity stunt...

 

Artists are often right brain dominate and emotional. I doubt he will follow through with it after he has had time to reflect on the situation in a less emotional state of mind.

 

I wouldn't get too spooled up about it. The old fart is blind as a bat. For all he knows he is boycotting Mars.

 

So basically the White folks and anyone with a Jewish sounding name should boycott all the impoverished negro areas, and the blacks should boycott all the areas where a White person was found not guilty of harming a black thug? The 1960's Selma Alabama called - they want you to come home.
