As Obama ramps ANOTHER jobs tour, Carney is prepping the media with this claim:
    But, what he likely won't be bragging about is this;
    - See more at: http://www.cnsnews.com/mrctv-blog/g...every-job-administration#sthash.ajKjLUBR.dpuf

It's almost mind numbing to here Obama and his ilk brag about how far we've come, how much progress "they've" made and how many jobs "they've" created when you consider since Obama's been running the show more people have dropped out of the work force, 9.5 million, as compared to his blow hard claim of "creating 7.2 million jobs". Oh, and how many times have we heard Obama tout his policies as good for the middle class? Hundreds, right? Yet, America's middle class is ranked 27th in the world. Humm? Wonder how that fits.
Anyway, I'm sure Obama's job's tour will be a big hit with the media as he showers himself with credit for all things good and blames Rep's for all things bad..... just as he's done (and the media too) for the past 4 1/2 years. I can almost hear the progressive pundits now "Poor guy, an economic genius victimized by mean, evil rep's. It just isn't fair to blame him".

    What can we say?

The eight years of Republican economic policies culminated in losing nearly a MILLION JOBS PER MONTH for nearly a year.

That is a deep hole to dig out of, especially with wealthy Republicans smashing everyone's fingers with a shovel as the middle class and poor try to climb up the sides.

The Republican repetitive "solutions" of "more tax reductions for the wealthy", didn't work in the 2000 to 2008 economy, and won't work now, especially since the wealthy are paying the least taxes they have ever paid in over 70 years.

Yeah, everything is the Republicans fault. Those angelic Democrats only want to save us from the demons spawned from hell, AKA The Republicans [cue evil music].

What will this country come to? What will happen with the rest of Obama's second term? What will happen when Hillary is elected President in 2016? Stay tuned to 'This Country Is Heading For A Brick Wall' on the 'US of Snoozeville' channel.

You don't fill the hole by digging deeper, that seems to be the problem with this administration. Obamacare has from day one kept every business on edge. That abomination has so many traps and unknown consequences the business world still hasn't figured it all out, years after it was passed. For all the talk of recovery, it really doesn't feel like things are getting all that much better.

Funny, there's a commercial running, it shows the huge stack of pages comprising the ACA and the spokesman asks businesses to hire them to guide them through the maze. It's unbelievable. I imagine, if this debacle doesn't get nixed, business's will need to hire contractors who "specialize" in the ACA similar to what they need in dealing with the tax code. It's sick.

Well, it isn't much better, considering we're on our what, 3rd, summer of recovery.
As long as Obama continues down the road of regulatory hell and the fed continues to pump funny money into system we'll never experience a real recover despite what Obama says or the media wants us to see. Can't possibly happen.

Oh, you mean one's being "liberated" by the ACA....I haven't forgot them, but thanks for the reminder anyway.

Why on earth would you create a thread comparing apples to oranges. If you want to talk about food stamps, create that thread. If you want to talk about job creation create that thread.

Comparing apples to oranges should be rejected as a thread.

It's useless arguing with liberals about anything.

They will still be blaming their incompetence on Bush 50 years from now.

Assuming we still have a country by then.

Look what you have done. The "not me!" group always jump in on apples/oranges threads.

If it doesn't get nixed we can forget a real recovery. Just wait, someone will mention stocks at all time highs and how that somehow represents the millions of small businesses that are actually still struggling through this fiasco of liberal design...

You are right about the funny money propping up the market, but that can't last forever, and may well cause a bigger disaster than what we started with...

You want children to work instead of getting food stamps?! Is this some more of that "compassionate conservatism" we used to hear about?

Actually, we blame the GOP for most messes and I would like to do it for another 50 years.

Why not insist the private sector establish an employment-ethic to complement any work ethic, or there is no reason to give them any more tax incentives?

    I don't doubt that.

But ignoring your own responsibility for what is wrong is not going to help the country very much.

I said "most" not "all". But the GOP has ratchet up their failed responsibility. The Democrats made a mistake in caving in to Republican pressure on ACA and filibuster rules.

Silly me; I thought we were required to have a republican form of Government, not merely a political-economy that subscribes to Capitalism.

Just watched part of Obama's 1hr+(!) speech kicking off his economic recovery campaign tour. He's revved up! As expected, he wants all the investigations to stop, they're just phony scandals, all negative impact of the ACA dismissed, it's a distraction, and ripped Rep's for their heartlessness. Oh, and I get the sense another $$$$$ "stimulus" is just around the corner.
Poor fellow, he keeps up the pace of 1+hr speeches, he'll no doubt need his upcoming two weeks at the Vineyard.
