I'm interested to see when HLN starts covering this case. Dunn claims a gun was pointed at him but no gun was found at the scene and no witnesses saw a gun. In his wife's statements he made no mention of a gun to her. Originally, he was charged with 2nd degree murder and was sent to a grand jury. The jury returned with a 1st degree murder charge.

Clearly it's time for him to do an interview with Hannity.

Should be interesting to follow . I think the physical damage to Zimmerman helped him win
his case . This guy doesn't have any and they found no gun .....don't see why judges are dropping though . Maybe something we don't know ?

Yes , you don't need any . But will a jury care ? IMO , George would have been found guilty with out the injuries .

What? You don't think this is a pretty much open-and-shut murder 1?

From the little I know about this it appears the guy acted stupidly and killed a kid because he was pissed off. I'm not sure how you defend that. If they'd found a gun, maybe he'd have a case, but even then it would be shaky without collaborating witnesses. So, unless additional evidence surfaces, this guys toast, justifiably so.

Not necessarily, according to his defense atty, the pros has to prove there was not a gun under Fl law.

No. There is evidence that there was no gun. There is evidence that the fat slob had no intention of taking any action regarding the incident other than to run. There is reason to think that everything the worthless little blob says is a lie and that he was not in a stable mental condition at the time. He had just come from an event at which alcoholic beverages were served.

He has a lot of negatives to overcome before his word is worth anything.

Are they seriously going to say that a bunch of armed thugs let him drive away after his weapon was obviously empty? Seriously?

I don't agree with it and neither does the country but that is F law until it is changed.
