Zimmerman is being shunned by society, decent society anyway. His wife is leaving him, he will be unable to hold a job, what is left of his life will be miserable and short. That's the karmic payback for murder, he escaped the justice system, but life won't be so forgiving.

Absolutely mind-boggling, isn't it? Of all the really serious and horrible stuff going on, some are more concerned about the Zimmerman's marriage and George's weight gain and if Shelly is going to have his kids and ....... I'll never understand that soap-opera mentality.

Agreed. I can't blame her for leaving and don't really understand why she hasn't yet. I have heard rumors that she left him the night before the incident, but not sure if this true. The guy isn't going to have a pretty life and she could easily be the target of someone seeking out vengeance to make Zimmerman even more miserable.
