The question is about Kerry, a dude who fought in Vietnam and later was against it, and who voted against the Iraq war as a representative but as Senator voted yes... why he still is a political figure when, to me, he is showing clear after war symptoms that disqualify him for US war strategic decisions? I don't speak Russian, but I watch a video of Putin speaking to some official looking council seated in a very luxurious golden boardroom, and reading his body language he seems more honest to me than this constitutional theater they have with Kerry's pitch to the Congress. It just does. Makes me wonder if the Secretary of State thinks he's the President, that is disconcerting, especially when Biden is the president of the Senate, why isn't Biden running the show down there? Why isn't Kerry at the UN telling his lies to the Russians, why is he up giving the run-around to Congress instead? Obama said in the rose garden he absolutely agrees that Congress gets a vote, why are this still giving some mixed message to Rand Paul?
