Harry, you don't want to help a kid with cancer after complaining that the kids with cancer needed help? Were they just pawns to you?

Hilarious. It's amazing how ill-informed some people/voters are. The Affordable Care Act included almost 200 Republican Amendments that were added by the Republicans? What's that? You didn't know that? You should really reconsider the source of your "information."

That said, some context: Of the 788 amendments filed, 67 came from Democrats and 721 from Republicans. (That disparity drew jeers that Republicans were trying to slow things down. Another explanation may be that they offered so many so they could later claim—as they are now, in fact, claiming—that most of their suggestions went unheeded.) Only 197 amendments were passed in the end—36 from Democrats and 161 from Republicans. And of those 161 GOP amendments, Senate Republicans classify 29 as substantive and 132 as technical.

You left out the part where it turns every gay. Don't forget that important part.

What's hilarious is that you defeat your own argument in your own submission and don't even known kit and suggest I'M the one who's stupid.

If all the Republican submissions were REJECTED how is that they had INPUT?

Nice try though, a bit better than the usual Obamabot drivel. Have some more Kool aid LOL

So is Reid telling it like he thinks or is he senile?

Ah.... what's "hilarious" is that you defeated your own argument and don't even know it.

How can you have INPUT when everything you suggested was REJECTED?

But at least we're in agreement the Republicans had NO input on a bill no one in the government nor you has ever read.

Tell me, since you're such an authority who can cut and paste definitions, if Obamacare is so good how come he doesn't want it? How come Harry Reid doesn't want it [because he doesn't want to have to watch his grand children die?] Why don't the insurance company people want it?

Let's deal with the real issues OK. I could care less that you know how to find an on line dictionary and can use a mouse well enough to cut and paste definitions...

The Democrats handling of this has been heavy handed, dictatorial, selfish, childish, self centered, stubborn, petty, close minded and bullying. Cut and paste that if you want I could care less.

If Reid and Obama and the rest of the slime who support these turds had the country in mind they would do what great presidents do....give and take, build consensus and find common ground. Only little boys are too proud to compromise.

Oh in that case I'm an extremist nut job!

Wonderful! I will add that to the list: neo con, communist, Republican, Democrat, liberal, fascist, Nazi and now, oh boy "Extremist nut job.'

But what does that say about a man who has fed off the public trough ALL his life, who passed a law he couldn't be bothered to read and who now says he would let a child die so a few soldiers can get paid....

If I'm an extremist nut job - because I intend to hand this insensitive psychopathic son-of-a-(*)(*)(*)(*)(*) - what does that make Harry? The man who lies, covers up for a lying president and would smile and laugh and share jokes at all the Washington parties knowing his decision killed a child?

I would say MONSTER is mild but accurate.

Indeed, extremist nut job while your hero is promising death panels.

I wonder if Obama was the first person to sign up himself, Michelle and the kids for Obama Care if it would have been better received. Somehow, when the President and Congress want no part of what they are forcing on us, it's not exactly confidence inspiring.

Obama can't sign up for Obamacare because as POTUS his healthcare is mandated by law.

I am not surprised that Harry Reid is showing his true colors with the WW2 vets and children with cancer. He doesn't care about the American people. This Obama/Reid government shutdown proves it.

I like the cheap excuse, but he could change that with an executive order.

Whatever happened to the "if there is even one life we can save we have an obligation to try" mentality? We'll use it to put restrictions on law abiding citizens but not to actually help someone who is sick and dying?

Here it is the truth about Harry. Harry Reid blocked cancer treatment for kids. Yesterday he was just talking about it, today he did it. Reid and the Democrats have proven they will put party politics and political agenda above everything and everyone.......even sick children.

I don't know how you came to this conclusion when out of the 190+ amendments, over 160 were from republicans.

You know, you could actually check the source. You know, look up the amendments, look up the proceedings, prove that it's not telling the truth. But no. Instead you just attack the source with possibly the dumbest line possible - "ooh, they're anonymous". No, I'm sorry, that's not even a decent ad hominem.
