As you can see it is the left who constantly thinks about race. I never do. When I look at a candidate, I could care less what their color is or their race or gender. I like them because of their values, their policies...if their attitudes aligns with mine and this crap about everyone who does not support Obama being racist, how does the left reconcile the fact that conservatives support people like Allan West, Mia Love, Herman Cain, Dr. Ben Carson, Thomas Sowell, Walter Williams...etc.???

When Johnson pushed through the Civil Rights legislation in the 1960's it enraged all the white racist Southern Democrats.

The Republicans saw this as an opportunity and promptly began to court them with their "Southern Strategy."

As a result, the States of the old Confederacy went from being solid blue for the Democrats to solid Red for the Republicans.

These people didn't have a change of heart.

They had a change of Party.

It's no mistake that the Tea Party is strongest in the States of the Old Confederacy.

The Tea Party is what became of the George Wallace Democrats.

Say it as much as you want then google Southern Las Angeles Tea Party and see who is the leader. I am not a TP member and vote independent. I went to a few TP sites and it appears the groups match the demographics.
