Brilliant analysis. Yes, that's what 2008 was about during the Democratic Primaries (East coast versus West coast lib politics) and the least competent and least qualified candidate won -- with the blatant help of the bulk of the nation's hyper partisan press corps and a corrupt DNC. It was a fascinating and simultaneously revolting glimpse into the reality of factional Dem politics.

Hillary is no a guaranteed candidate.

People might have cared about Benowhere had Romney not jumped on it so quickly last year AND more importantly Americans don't want to get involved in the middle ease.

All the GOP has is the Obamacare website woes and maybe the low enrollment numbers for 2016, but that could change.

The GOP has no unified front other then hatred for Obama. That will only get them a far. They stil have to have a primary in 2016. That could be a good thing or a nail in the coffin. I expect it won't be much different then last time, other then the names of the candidates. There will be a radical and a mainstream candidate and Rand Paul taking the place of his father.

If Hillary runs she will coast in.

Democrats, including President Obama, are eyeing the feasibility of endorsing Cory Booker, a wildly popular black New Jersey Senator of Hispanic heritage. Whomever Obama endorses, will be the next President.

Hillary should learn to speak Spanish.

The odds of another Black man becoming President again are minus zero. Next time the White vote turnout will be historic. The REPs could run Charlie Manson with a campaign slogan "A free steak knife set for everyone' and he wins in a landslide if another Black man was running against him.

Yes, I do believe Democrats are sinking fast over Obamacare. Obamacare has a greater chance of negatively effecting the economy than the government shutdown. The shutdown will be forgotten come the 2014 elections, but the very possibility of the failure of Obamacare by then will be significant. Polls from CNN's Crossfire have been showing high lopsided disapproval ratings. And Republicans need to stay far away from the mess Democrats created due to poor management and oversight.

People are starting to realize she has ZERO Leadership Accomplishments and while she was Sec. State our nation has unprecedented losses in relations and influence in:

    Egypt
    Libya
    Israel
    Russia
    Germany
    Mexico
    Columbia
..... well you can pretty much name it.

Also, the truth that Benghazi was not a "phoney scandal", and that she was asleep at the wheel letting our people get murdered does not go over well with far too many now.

Last time I saw Hillary on TV she looked like she had 'been pulled through a hedge backwards' and needed to get the grease out of her hair. She would not be my choice for Pres. Total disaster, IMO.

That's a lot of pulling a rabbit out of a hat to save their asses. But you might be right if the Dems retake the House next year. If they don't, that rabbit is as dead as the Dems will be in 2016.

Thing is... people start paying attention when things affect their pocketbook, and Obamacare will affect millions.

There must be some sort of continuity of successful Democrat programs to stay in power. Hillary has the stink of the Obama Administration saturated into her pants suits like she was sprayed by a skunk, she was part of it as Secretary of State. As the Democrat ship sinks with Obama Care, Benghazi, IRS scandals, NSA spying and Fast & Furious holes in the hull, the downdraft of water as the ship heads for the bottom will drag her under with it to a certain extent. It appears Obama Care will fail so colossally it will mark Hillary to fail in the Democrat primaries in 2016. From day 1 of the 2016 election cycle Hillary must be branded as Obama's third term.

    This doesn't hurt.

    Because Obama's so popular?

On the contrary, after ObamaScare, his endorsement will no doubt be a liability to anybody who runs... for any office.

Obama hid in plain sight and people voted him into office twice

Harry Reid is what he is and he was re-elected

No, I no longer give the American voter any credit. The ACA is not going away. It's a big fat govt intrusion and no politician really wants to reduce govt.

So, when voters go to the booth in 2014 they will have a decision, work harder and do without less in order to pay insurance premiums or, elect a Democrat who is going to give you free health care.

Which message sounds better to you? The voters still believe there are free lunches and their voting record proves that.

Barack Obama knows how to punk the GOP and the right wing crazies.

He publically humiliated Donald Trump over his birther nonsense, and ended his "candidacy", at the very same moment we were capturing Bin Laden.

He has just finished ending the possibility that the GOP will again pay the shutdown/default card.

Hillary Clinton is better at this than Obama is (and she'll have help from her husband, who destroyed Newt Gingrich at his own game).

300 electoral votes. Maybe not that many, but there isn't a GOP candidate who can touch her.

Hey... finally a couple of guys on the ground (part of the rescue team... not the mission or the covert mission) will finally testify... behind closed doors of course.
    http://www.cnn.com/2013/10/31/politics/benghazi-cia-hearing/

I have to say I agree with Burton. We know McCain and others are dirty on this deal... which is why the Benghazi trial will never get all the answers. This is truly a shame.

Meanwhile back at the ranch... 2 guys matching the description of the two guys testifying are getting the Distinguished Service Cross, and the Silver Star. The DSC is the second highest medal of valor.

These guys were contractors, read mercenaries.

So, they don't resemble each other all that much.

LMAO...I bet you heard that from dick morris.
But Hillary has already been branded "the vagina" by the cons in preparation for 2016.
You might confuse them with two character slurs. Right-wingers aren't known for their intelligence.
    KISS, baby.
Why not brand her Obama's sex change?

Indeed. Liberals are angry over Romney using Obama's tactics. The President didn't present new ideas. All he did was go into pitbull attack mode. Why? Because his own miserable existence as president was such a failure.

give it time, soon she will start promising more freebies and other favors and the deadbeat liberal following will rise again and vote in ignorance as they did with Obama.

Had Romney jumped into Benghazi quickly, he'd be sitting in the White House as we speak.

That's what everyone said in 2008. Newsflash. A young upstart with virtually no experience kicked the lock to the curb.

It would be entertaining to see him run against Christie. He'd get demolished. Hillary and Booker had better hope the fat man stays home. Although I wouldn't endorse him, he'd likely win.
