Now the Sorry assed Obama admin plans to delay part of obamacare until AFTER the Nov elections next year. They think that way people wont see how obamacare will hurt them, or see how much more it will cost. Do they think people are that stupid? IMO they are not, and are aware of all the Obama admin lies. All the republican candidates will have to do is remind the voters how the democrats lied to them in 2008 and 2012.
To answer your question, yes they do think people are that stupid. And so far they have been correct in that assumption regarding way too many people. Why would they change? It has worked so far.

Of course Democrats will move back the SECOND WAVE of consequences for Obamacare until AFTER the 2014 election as they did for the FIRST WAVE in 2012 nearly three years after original passage in 2009.
