Waking up the scent of Potential Profits in the air, The Grandaddy of All Race Pimps, the "rev." (gag!) Jesse Jacsuuuuun-ah himself, has inserted himself into the Duck Dynasty/A&E fray, DEMANDING , " In his statement, the 72-year-old civil rights leader demanded to meet within 72 hours with A&E executives and Cracker Barrel’s CEO to discuss the future of Duck Dynasty memorabilia." :roflol:

Not to suggest that the motives of a man who has NEVER HELD A JOB, but has MADE $MILLIONS from PROMOTING RACIAL DIVISION, might be "less than honorable", but, how ARROGANT IS THAT JACKASS?

He dares to say that Phil Robertson;s comments about how much happier America blacks were BEFORE WELFARE DEPENDENCY, are " more offensive than the bus driver in Montgomery, Alabama, more than 59 years ago,’ Jackson said in a statement obtained by ABC News.

    What an IDIOT.

Jesse Jackson Demands Meeting With A&E, Calls Phil Robertson “More Offensive” Than Rosa Parks’ Bus Driver

    http://nation.foxnews.com/2013/12/2...il-robertson-“more-offensive”-rosa-parks’-bus

    ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Meanwhile, Phil and the rest of the Robertson's continue to express their "great racism", with their numerous, lifelong black friends, as well as Phi's own black grandson.

Is there anything more nauseating that the American Race Pimps in action?

Other than the posts about to made defendig the complete phony, right here....

Seriously? What has Jackson got to do with anything?

Shouldn't Neil Patrick Harris or the guy from Modern Family be the one to hold the meetings?

Jacksuuuuun-ah has noticed the attempted Race Pimping of Robertson's remarks without him ,and knows that he can possibly EXTORT A&E and Cracker Barrel over it.

That is his SOLE INTENTION, I assure you.

I hope they all tell Jesse Jackson to take an aeronautical seduction at a rolling pastry product.

Men like Jackson have hurt the black community in America more than anyone else by continuing to excuse their primitive behavior and culture, and doing everything in his power to make America accept it.

I feel sorry for Jesse - being a shake-down artist takes a lot of time and energy. Gosh, I hope that Jesse has time to visit his son in federal prison over the holiday season now.

So.... Jackson reared his ugly little head and now making demands of A&E for a meeting.......

Be nice if A&E had the balls to tell JJ to go take a lying leap, that they're capable of solving their own problems w/o his unwanted input.......

The height of arrogance of him & that Sharpton flies right off the chart........

I would agree with jacksons meeting if I were A&E in a most public manner by saying sure......right after we see your meetings with all the black youths to put a stop to the knockout game.

"There is a class of colored people who make a business of keeping the troubles, the wrongs, and the hardships of the Negro race before the public. Having learned that they are able to make a living out of their troubles, they have grown into the settled habit of advertising their wrongs-partly because they want sympathy and partly because it pays. Some of these people do not want the Negro to lose his grievances, because they do not want to lose their jobs." - Booker T. Washington 1911

Yes, Robertson's comments on how good blacks had it back then were very ignorant. And I mean that in the literal sense. I tend to doubt Robertson made those comments with malice. He likely believed what he was saying. Thus I call him ignorant.

But having said that, I just want Jesse Jackson to go away. He doesn't do anyone any good. Frankly, I think all this bad press is going to end up making Dynasty Ducks more money as people who have never heard of it before will tune in to see what all the fuss is about.

He was absolutely CORRECT that blacks in America were better off before WELFARE.

He said NOT ONE DAMMED THING about Jim Crow; that's ANOTHER COMPLETE LIE about what he said.

Apologies for the Jim Crow comment. He was speaking about his experiences before the civil rights era. He said:

Sorry, but that reeks of ignorance. He is only going off of his own myopic view of the world. The hardships of blacks during that time are well documented. Mr. Robertson doesn’t strike me as the type who reads much or uses the internet so he very likely is oblivious to those experiences. This is a white man saying he never heard black people complain back during a time when blacks had reason to be wary about what they said around white people.

And I am sure he heard them laugh and sing. I have been to some of the poorest countries in the world and even among people who can’t even afford shoes you will still see smiles, laughter, and joking around. It is part of being human. It doesn’t mean life is good for them.

We could argue about what aspects of their lives were better or worse before welfare. But frankly the only people’s opinions who should matter on that are actual black people who were alive back then and can speak from first hand experience.

That isn't an uncommon sentiment among southern whites of that age. I've heard a similar comments from people upwards of 60 who've said things like that. Do I think it's an accurate portrayal of the lives of blacks in the Jim Crow south? Of course not, but I do think that view is common among elderly southern whites who actually worked with blacks for decades together. In a way, it's like any workplace relationship; you get along, maybe you joke around together, you eat lunch under the shade together, but you're not really friends, and you're not really sharing those sort of disagreements. I think it's foolish to suggest that Robertson needs to go read the internet, when he's discussing his own life experiences, which may not comport with Wikipedia.

You'd think that the FEDERAL FRAUD conviction of his son, Jesse Jacksuuuun-ah ,Jr, would have done it....part of the same SLIMY Chicago political machine that gave us the Most Corrupt/Inept Administration in History...

I agree. Hearing his comment and not checking his age, I tho't he may have been very young during that time and wasn't capable of seeing the whole pix of life for the blacks then......
