ive heard alot of so-called Christians spew this out evrytime somebody gets on their religion 'oh he/she was only one christian being rude,so you cant discriminate against all of us because, that guy wasn't a real christian. real Christians are kind, follow the bible, and don't discriminate against other groups cuz its against god to judge. ' and every time i hear this i think 'well...must not be alot of Christians in this country then' because no matter what christian i run into(and i live in a VERY small town so i could easily tell you what people here think), they all seem to do the same thing, ACT HUMAN!i don't care who you are or what religion you're associated with, but im 100% sure that everyone, including these Christians, whose words describe themselves also , have acted in these ways. i don't think it even works that way, Christianity is a belief not an action last time i check. if i helped a person from being robbed thats not called being christian, its called being helpful, and having morals. i just wanna know has anyone heard these words before, or have you said them?
that's the rub, innit. we're all pretty much equally human. all just as capable of profound goodness, and wiful naughtiness. it's almost as though god doesnt exist
It is called the No True Scottsman Fallacy. Thing is, those people really are Christians. Some Christians can pretend to better than others, but I do not see many observing the laws in the Bible.
Really depends on the denomination that is being used. Some believe virgin was a virgin, others [correctly] do not believe she was a virgin. Some believe Jesus is the only escape from a megalomaniacal vindictive God (which just so happens to be Jesus's bi-polar personal in the paradoxical minefield). some are Universalists. Some believe Jesus was the Son of God while also being God, some do not. Some believe that Jesus died for your sins, some recognize the silliness of such an assertion. Some believe Jesus was physically resurrected, some do not. Christianity is so contradictory and watered down there really isn't a "correct" camp.
you getting all excited over semantics..your post is not really anything more than some run of the mill rant over some Christian who likes to think of themselves as a good Christian. a true Christian helps out others…and this upsets you..
your getting less and less … just less and less.. what happened to the ole wolverine… bored to tears i guess. do you really think it was necessary to post what you just did…i mean in the big picture and all… give me the ole wolverine with stuff one could really jump
in order to verify that which cannot be verified one watches as the theatre unfolds. The players drain themselves into a nebulous state, causing disinterest in the audience. the once genius becomes infertile grounds of decay and dysfunctional syntax . in other words , yesterdays warmed over leftovers become your sole bill of fare.
thats just it! true christians help others, and also dont jugde, and discriminate, but i doubt there are really such a thing as a true christian if thats the case, cause face it, im sure people who claim to be these true christians have done all these things. also how would them helping out others bother be? nobody is hating on them i just hate people who contradict themselves, while pointing fingers.
True christians follow their holy book , their holy book is full of murder , hate and discrimination .
Oh you mean the propaganda hate and discrimination that libs claim. I thought you meant actual hate and discrimination.
and yet you point a finger at human frailty at the same time pointing a finger to paint something bad that isn't at.. your hatred leads you to an arcane stance and then you accuse with the same pointing finger that the accused doesn't use towards you. hatred and loathing is a waste of time you would do well to embrace the Scriptures and Gospels of Christ and empower yourself with compassion and replace the hatred with understanding and most importantly common sense
the point is in triplicate if you look. it's the triple words score at stake here. the all too familiar level of injecting charlatan romance into the abyss of the birds fluttering gaze… once you understand that…those zen koans of genius then you will see the triple question when all you did was ask twice. heed the sacred
