That's your opinion. Meanwhile, fact of the matter is that to this day it stands as the worse punishment the league has ever levied against a franchise. So the individual who said "THE NFL DID NOTHING" is simply mistaken.
You're absolutely right, but that's 100% irrelevant to the point at hand.

If you think the patriots were the o ly one stealing signs Ive got a bridge you sell you. Coaches were covering yheir mouths well before spygate. They still cover thrir mouths. Why? Because they know others are doing it because they are doing it.

When I was a grad assistant you know what one of my jobs before rcery hone game was? Walk the athletics facility looking for any thing football related so the other team didnt get it. Check yhe trash, make sure all white boads are cleared etc.

You know what one of my jobs on roaf trips was. Walk the athletic facility looking for anything football related.

Wes Welker is an average receiver who plays in the slot, who has been fortunate enough to play his career with two of the greatest QB's to ever set foot on the gridiron.

Wes Welker is 'average'.........LMAO........from 2007-2012 he was the best receiver in the NFL.......and will be in the HOF........you obviously know absolutely nothing about the game of football......he is one of the best athletes to ever set foot on the gridiron..:....go back to doing crossword puzzles

Wes Welker is a direct beneficiary of playing his career with 2 of the best QB's to ever put on a helmet. Would he have the career he has had if he had played in Jacksonville? How about Tennessee? What about Oakland? How about Cleveland? And he is nowhere close to being one of the best athletes to ever set foot on the gridiron. He has a very specific skill set. Go back to your fingerpainting. And by the way you mentioned Collie, and Amendola as being given chances by NE. Um...they both played in other places previously, Collie was in Indianapolis, and Amendola in St. Louis.

Yeah........and Jerry Rice was 'average' because he got to play with Montana.......and had 'a very specific skill set'.......what if Rice had played for the Falcons. Even Michael Irving called Welker the best WR in the NFL........you have no clue what you are talking about.

In 2008 Welker had 111 catches and 1165 yards playing with Matt Cassell at QB......so much for your silly-ass theory that its all because of Brady. He has more catches than 18 of the 22 WRs in the HOF...... and you call him "average".........in the words if Ron White...."you can't fix stupid"

Tom Brady has a way of making receivers have much better years and numbers of catches than other QB's.

Brady makes everyone else around him just step up to another level....and the same can be said for Manning.

HOWEVER....Manning is NOWHERE NEAR as unselfish as Brady.

The only reason Welker doesn't have huge TD numbers is altitude: in the red zone, Brady would go for Gronk, Hernandez, or Edelman...simply because they're all TALLER than the 5'9" Welker!

You're probably right. Don't know who the best team is. But Dallas is the laziest but smartest team. These indifferent, millionaire athletes with the world's most loyal fan base, finished up a lethargic and healthy seasonal obligation -- and headed for the Caribbean to bask in the tropical sun while watching the other fool teams play football in the ice and snow. Nanny, nanny, boo-boo! :clapping:

Okay, so the competitive teams got more money for being in the playoffs -- but when you've got millions to spare, who cares?

I'm a seahawks fan and I'm rooting for the hawks but I would put my money on san fran sunday, unfortunately. Russell Wilson has just been not getting it done lately and san fran has the best linebackers in the league so I doubt Marshon Lynch is going to run all over them like he did the saints.

I find it hilarious that you can't hardly find White WRs on college and NFL teams.......yet the two teams playing for the AFC championship will start 4 White WRs.........two of which went undrafted and one a 7th rounder.......LOL

70% of the players in the NFL are African Americans while African Americans only make up around 10% of the population. Why isn't there affirmitive action in football like there's affirmitive action everywhere else?

It's the money amigo. It's all about the money. The NFL would be totally pusillanimous, lame as the Olympic winter sport of curling, and egregiously boring if it consisted of 70% white boys. And besides, fans love to watch the much more aggressive and tougher manly black players occasionally bully and intimidate white players, officials, and coaches on the field.:bored:

I can tell you right now that kind of crap DOES NOT happen to Bill Belichick or happen in Foxborough!!!

Belichick does not care what color the skin a player has as long as that player is smart, can work within the proven an winning system....and is versitile.

A few PERFECT examples of sch players on the Patriots are Vince Wilfork, Rob Nicovitch, Julian Eddleman, Mathew Slater, Jerod Mayo and many more.

Jerry Rice could do it all as a Receiver, Welker, not so much. You should look at the total picture, if Welker is this great HOF receiver, why didn't the resign him? They instead allowed him to leave and replaced him with Amendola? I don't care what Michael Irving says, Richie Icognito's team mates said he was a great guy, your point? Michael Irving expressed an opinion not fact.

Well...everyone wants to see their own Team in their playing for certain.

But as far as the number of people watching this Brady vs. Manning Game....the Networks are just SALIVATING as this is predicted to be one of the most watched games of all time.

Funny, NFL.com has him ranked 29th in the league...you can't fix the willfully ignorant.

    Just a heads up...

If the Seahawks win Sunday I'm coming back here to smack talk all you haters one by one. If they go on to win the Superb Owl, I'm gonna smack talk all the innocent bystanders too for just standing around with their hands in their pockets saying nothing.

But if they lose, I will ignore all replies to this post. :blankstare:
