You do know that Russia had to bring in U.S. Oil Drilling Experts in order to FIND their OIL as well as is partners or has had to purchase at great costs American Slant Drilling Technology and American Deep Drilling Tech. in order for Russia to be able to get at their oil reserves?

In reality it is in the National Security Interests of the United States for Russia to be Economically and Energy Secure....as if they are not this just creates instability.

THAT....is what it is all about for the U.S.....STABILITY.

As far as the U.S....the VAST majority of all U.S. Energy Production comes from the United States as we have been cutting our dependence on Foreign Energy reserve dependence since 1972.

The United States has by far the largest natural deposits of Coal and Shale in the world as well Canada has massive natural deposits of Oil Sand...which the U.S. and Canada have been jointly developing various techniques to remove all this Oil from sand.

But the one area where the U.S. DOE...Department of Energy along with U.S. Military R&D programs are far ahead is in the development of LOW TEMP. MICRO-FUSION REACTOR TECHNOLOGY.

The problems inherent with Fusion Reactors which the U.S. has had several Fusion Breeder Reactors it has been actively running and experimenting upon is the difficult to control Massive Amount of Heat generated from Fusing Hydrogen Atoms into Helium.

Because of this massive amount of Heat created from a Fusion Reaction which is accomplished VERY similar to the way a THERMONUCLEAR BOMB creates Fusion....which means FIRST...a standard FISSION REACTION must occur in order to produce the necessary HEAT to cause Fusion....for DECADES failure after failure has been encountered to reduce the size of a Fusion Reactor or the necessary HEAVY SHIELDING IN THE EXTREME necessary to contain a Thermonuclear Reaction.

The Benefits of a Fusion Reaction is that the ONLY byproduct of such a reaction is HELIUM an inert Gas as with a Fission or as current Nuclear Reactors work a large amount of RADIOACTIVE WASTE is produced and must be stored as once Fuel rods of such Reactors are depleted they must be replaced and the old Depleted Uranium Fuel Rods plutonium-239 in “spent” fuel will remain hazardous to humans and other creatures for hundreds or thousands of years.

So...since everything from High Powered EM Fields to Laser Fusion to many, many other concepts and ideas specific to containing and dealing with the massive amount of heat and radiation generated by a Fusion Reaction have all failed a while back we started working with the concept of COLD FUSION....which is Atomic Fusion at a controllable and containable temp...with ROOM TEMP. FUSION being considered the HOLY GRAIL.

Although this cannot be confirmed it was leaked a few years back that the DOE working with a U.S. DOD Military Contractor in a R&D Program specific to generating large amounts of energy at relatively low temps. for the purpose of supplying U.S. Military Direct Energy Weapons the required Electricity to be Battlefield or Ocean Battle Practical....HAD A BREAKTHROUGH.

This supposed Breakthrough was reconfirmed....BY SOME IDIOT....in a DOE Report dealing with the necessary power generation necessary for USN. Carriers and Cruisers operating the FEL system to be able to properly target and destroy distant land targets and underwater Submarines when using the FEL's Networked Satellite System...so this info was...to the GREAT ANGER of many in the DOD and U.S. Intelligence Community....PUT OUT THERE for all to see.

So....HOPEFULLY....in a decade or so we might very well see this Low Temp. Micro-Fusion Tech. being used to power U.S. Homes and Businesses....but UNLIKE Nuclear Fission Technology which any country that signs the NPT is allowed to purchase...such as in the case of Iran buying Russian Nuclear Fission Reactors after Iran signed the NPT...which of course as everyone I work with KNEW was a BAD IDEA as Iran is not holding up it's end of the NPT Agreements......U.S. LOW TEMP MICRO-FUSION TECH WILL NOT BE FOR SALE!!!
