Lamar Alexander (R-Tn.) is asking a judge to release him from custody as he faces child pornography charges. Ryan Loskarn was arrested Wednesday on federal charges of possessing child pornography and attempting to distribute it. A judge ordered him detained pending a court appearance Monday. His lawyers said in a bond motion filed Friday that the 35-year-old Loskarn has no criminal record, no history of drug or alcohol abuse and an impressive work history. They propose that he be released to live with his parents in Maryland. They also say he is prepared to give up his passport and undergo a mental health evaluation. IMO: Another republican with a deep personal problem that allowed him to sell pornography after years of being Senator Alexanders Chief of Staff, shows again the absence of republicans to insist on any real vetting of their candidates for positions which could be injurious to their party. Now here is a man that is asking a judge to allow him to go home to Maryland to live with his parents until his trial; what is he...a kid? What is to stop him from selling more porn while awaiting trial to pay off his attorneys fees?

You liberals should be pitying the dead fool, since the American Psychiatric Association's DSM-V book calls pedophilia a sexual orientation, just like homosexuality. You know, because homosexuality and pedophilia are pretty much the same thing and all.
I would assume the DSM considers heterosexuality a sexual orientation as well, but I am not sure which gives me the giggles more--when a conservative calls me a liberal or when a liberal calls me a conservative.

The Maryland medical examiner’s office confirmed Friday afternoon that the cause of death was suicide. “At approximately 12pm yesterday, Carroll County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a private residence ... for a report of an unconscious male, believed to be deceased,” the sheriff's office said in a statement on Friday. “Family members reported finding 35-year old Jesse Ryan Loskarn unresponsive in his basement where he’d been residing with family since this past December.” Bruce Goldfarb, a spokesman for the Maryland medical examiner’s office, told the Los Angeles Times that Loskarn had died by hanging himself. Loskarn had been arrested in December by U.S. Postal Service investigators on charges that he possessed and distributed child pornography after a raid on his home. As a grand jury began its proceedings, Loskarn was released from custody and was residing at his parents' home in Maryland. He was ordered not to use the Internet and to wear an ankle bracelet to track his movements. IMO: This is the aftermath of being let out on bail where Jesse Loskam did not get the treatment he needed. And it does not show any ‘choosing that form of lifestyle’ but an illness in need of treatment. While it is a severe loss to the people who knew and loved him, it proves that this kind of life was not what Jesse wanted for himself, but society and the courts insisted on treating him as a law-breaker while not prescribing anything more than an ankle bracelet to track his every move...but not his illness.

I think there may have been a typo in the first release that has since been corrected, but don't even bother trying to be sensible with the obsessive gotcha crowd who just want to troll gays and anyone who doesn't want to put yellow stars on them and ship them off to the camps..

He should try to join what remains of the Teachers' Union in Wisconsin; they'll get him a job around kids, AND BACKPAY for his time off, except for the fact that Loskarn has, apparently, committed suicide in his home.
No it is not. He watched porn in the classroom with kids in the room. And then he shared it with other teachers outside the classroom. Including female teachers. Why wasn't he fired for inappropriate sexual conduct and harassment of a female teacher? This is just more liberal permissiveness. And public employee union misconduct. When all the unions are gone, they'll wonder why.
