Most of us here in Indy KNEW what a great move it was for Denver to take Manning. We STILL miss him, even with Andrew Luck here.

ON betting odds, being "-" menas you are FAVORED by that amount of points.

Don't so a lot of sports betting , we see.

Seattle +3, means they're ACTUAL SCORE + 3 to beat the Broncos.

And, as it becomes apparent that Knowshon Moreno is OK, look for the spread to grow.

    No. The preseason is MEANINGLESS.

    The Super Bowl won't be.

Manning will make the Legion of Boom, into the Legion of Gloom, as they'll be crying by the end of the game....

The Broncos are currently going at 3 point favorites.

The Seahawks have NEVER faced a QB like Manning, and those who have not watched him orchestrate an offense on a regular basis, have NO IDEA what is coming their way.

FIVE GUYS with 10 or more TDs...FOUR of them wide receivers.

Seattle's defense is basically plain vanilla, and Manning will eat them alive.

Of course the preseason is meaningless, unless it's the same players playing.

Obviously these are the two best teams in the NFL and the game could go either way. Greg Cosell's opinion is that the biggest match up advantage in this game is Seattle's nickel defensive line against Denver's offensive line. Denver's base offense is 11 personnel so it will be interesting to see if they adjust at the outset to attack the Seahawks.

I can give you a list of things that are effective against the Seahawks, if you're interested in talking strategy. But stats are basically irrelevant. It's about personnel. The Seahawks physically can match up against anyone. They are literally Bigger, Faster, Stronger than just about every team.

So you are saying that Welker and Decker are never going to line up on the right side of the Broncos offense during the SuperBowl?

If the Seahawks can put some pass rush heat on Manning, I think they will win easily. Manning, though a great pocket passer and technician, has always been kind of a sissy in tough games with physical teams once he gets smacked a couple times. The same can be said about Tom Brady. Wilson is very quick and can throw well on the run. He also is fearless and tough as nails. That will make him very hard to defend for the mediocre Bronco defense. Also. I don't think the Broncos can contain Marshawn Lynch.

    Seahawks 33 Broncos 20

Getting pressure is the problem, the o line is the best in the nfl right now. Lynch is very hard to stop, but the bronco's D verse the run is very strong, its even better then the seahawks.

The seahawks will need weather, and some luck imo. I have no faith in their O this year, wilson has not been playing like he was his rookie year, I blame the OC for that, but still he is going to have to let wilson off the leash.

It's all about winning baby, and Wilson has done enough this year to make it to the SB. He only had one really bad game this year against Arizona. Otherwise his lack of production is the result of being on a leash all year. Still though, if the Seahawks need to throw, Wilson can throw. He can get it done.

Tell you what, when you actually have more than a kindergarten understanding of football, and its concepts, then maybe you will be ready for a conversation about the game, until then stick to curling, or darts.

To clue you in, that is not what I am saying at all. I am sure the Bronco wide receivers will be lining up all over the place, but Richard Sherman will be man up on Demaryus Thomas all day. He may see Decker on a few select plays when Thomas is not on the field, but as far as Welker goes, it would be stupid to waste Sherman covering a third or fourth option slot receiver, running 6-8 yard dig and out routes, when the bigger threats are on the outside. It really doesn't matter what side of the field they line up on, if Thomas is on the field, Sherman will be lined up man to man on him.

Please don't volunteer to coach your kid's PeeWee football team. The Seahawks play a zone Cover 3, with Sherman almost always lined up as the left side corner.......and he iniyially covers the WR that lines up on that side which will probably be about 40/40 Decker/Thomas. Peyton will probably move Welker out there a few times to isolate Decker/Thomas on the other side with the Seahawks best corner isolated on 'Welker Island'. Sherman is not played like Revis i e. following the opposition's perceived best receiver all over the field. By the way, Mr. 'Dig Pattern' Welker has a 75 yard TD reception on Revis and a 99 yard TD against Miami....

Our Seahawks won a game just a couple weeks ago in the worst wind and rain storm we have had in a long time. I don't think The weather will bother them at all. Pregame or not We beat the Broncos 40-10 we can do it again. GO SEAHAWKS.

You're right, and yes, your Seahawks did win a very impressive game in that windy, drizzly slop you Seattle folks call your "weather" six months out of the year.

But, did you see the Broncos victory over Kansas City last month? Manning threw for over 400 hundred yards, and the Broncos racked up five touchdowns, teeko. And the weather was just awful! In addition to be windy in Kansas City, it was brutally cold (Manning can't play in the cold...? Haw, haw!). For anybody who wants some free money -- the Broncos are rated at being only two point favorites. Get it while you can!
Oh, an ironic note on Richard Sherman's crass, classless, meandering mouth ... he majored in Communication in college! :roflol:

    I was rooting for Seattle.
Then when everyone started whining on Sherman's behalf (including the "best ever" himself), after he was acting like an idiot... I hope they lose and his career ends on the first play of the game.

Sherman's running off at the mouth is what blacks call "woofing". They talk trash on street corners in the hood and in football stadiums or anywhere else they go. It's all part of that black "experience" thing that whites don't usually participate in. No class and no taste. Just a bunch of in your face bull(*)(*)(*)(*).

I think the Seahawks are going to surprise Denver. Denver has had two weeks to sit around and relax while they listen to everybody tell them how wonderful Peyton Manning is. If Seattle is hungry they'll eat Denver alive.

Peyton Manning will soon be the ONLY starting NFL QB to win Super Bowls with TWO DIFFERENT TEAMS, and earn the game MVP with two different teams, as well.

The Legion of Boom, is about to become the Legion of Boo-hoo, once they meet up with the Legion of Zoom.

D.Thomas will snatch up The Mouth, and ring him out like a wet towel.

Peyton Manning, though a great pocket passer and hard worker is a sissy. He has proven it for years now by choking badly in big games against physical teams like Pittsburgh, New Orleans, Baltimore and now Seattle. Both him and Tom Brady are second tier QBs in the guts department. They are not even in the same league with greats like Elway, Bradshaw, Farve, Roethlisberger, Staubach, Plunkett, Unitas and Stabler who were well renowned for their courage and toughness. It makes me sick to hear all of the sports media fawning over these two gutless (*)(*)(*)(*)(*)(*) bags every chance they get.

    Cheers
