Rand Paul calls on Ted Nugent to apologize for slur on the President-

Man, what a big meany Rand Paul is. We all know Obama is getting picked on unfairly for spying on Americans.

 

That's just cruel.

 

I wonder if Rand Paul read my scathing opinion of Ted Nugent as the anti-intellectual centerpiece of conservative punditry. (I doubt it, but humor me anyway).

Republicans need to define themselves outside of the sphere of the NRA. I'm an advocate of gun ownership, and gun rights...however that one issue should not define a party. We should be defined by reducing entitlements, and job growth in the private sector...at least these should be the talking points.

Agreed there. And Cat Scratch Fever wasn't one of the two or three. The Nuge reminds of the NatGeo special on elephants where the bulls were culled from the herd and the juveniles grew up without male supervision. Bring the bulls back and the juveniles become just as polite as can be.
